Winter ke mausam mein apni skin ka khyaal kaise rakhe :

Moisturizer ka istmaal :

Agar aap winter ke season mein kahi bahar jane ke baare mein soch rahi hai, to apne saath 40 SPF wala sunscreen zaroor rakhe. Kyunki iss mausam mein bahar jaane se UV range se skin par bura asar padta hai, jisse skin kharab hone lagti hai. Iss baat ka bhi zaroor khayal rakhe ki UV range se aapko skin cancer bhi ho sakta hai .Winter mein ozone layer patla ho jata hai isliye iss mausam mein khatra aur bhi jyada badh jata hai. Isliye iss baat ka zaroor khayal rakhe ki chahe koi bhi mausam ho sunscreen ka zaroor istmaal kare.

Sun se skin prabhavit hone par khichaon (stretch) aane lagta hai aur skin sukhi mahsoos hone lagti hai. Jab bhi aap dhoop se wapas aaye, chahre ko thande paani se zaroor dho le. Gile chahre par vitamin E oil yuqt moisturizer lagaye aur thap-thapa ker sukha le. Isse skin ki khoi hui chamak wapas aa jaye gi. Normal moisturizer ki jagah hyaluronic acid yuqt moisturizer lagaye, isse skin chipchipi mahsoos nahi hogi aur nami bhi bani rahe gi.

Sunscreen and cool compress :

1 ghanta dhoop mein rahne ke baad 3 glass paani pina zaroori hai, jisse body mein paani ki kami na ho aur aap dehydration se pareeshan na ho. Agar aap garmi mein 1 ghanta bahar dhoop mein rahne se 3 glass paani pine ki advice di jaati hai, jabki winter mein sirf ek glass hi paani pina kaafi hai. Lekin agar aap bilkul bhi paani na piye to ab problems ho sakti hai. Waise inn dino fresh fruit ka juice jaise orange, anar kaafi faydemand hota hai aur anti oxidant se bharpoor hota hai.

Agar aap dhoop mein 5 minute ke liye bhi ja rahi hai, phir aap sunscreen zaroor lagaye. Isse dhop mein rahne ke bawajood aapki skin safe rahe gi. Agar aap long time ke liye dhoop mein hai, to phir aapko paani pine ke level ke saath saath sunscreen ko bhi dobara lagaye. Bahar nikalne se 20 minute pahle SPF 30 wala sunscreen lagaye. Herbal sunscreen water base, halke aur jaldi skin mein jajab hone wale hote hai. Agar aapko dhoop mein jyada der tak rahna hai, to aap SPF 30 ya 40 tak istmaal kare. Winter ke season mein cream base ya lotion base sunscreen faydemand hota hai.

Aloe vera sunburn ka paramparik upchaar (traditional treatment) hai. Isme ghao ko bharne ka gun bhi hota hai. Aloe vera ke water base sunscreen ya gel ka istmaal kare. Dhoop ki wajah se skin par hone wali maheen rekhaye nahi padegi.

Night cream :

1: Haldi aur khire ka face pack :

Ingredients :

  • Haldi – chutki bhar
  • Pudina ke patti – Ek mutthi
  • Khira – 1

Lagane ka tarika :

Skin ke liye anti oxidant pack taiyaar kare. Iske liye chutki bhar haldi, pudina aur khira ka past taiyaar kare. Ise apne pure face par apply kare aur 30 minute tak laga kar rakhe. Phir face ko saade paani se dho le. Iss paste mein sunburn ke effect ko dor karne ka aur face ko thanda karne ka prabhav hota hai.

Ingredients :

  • Haldi – chutki bhar
  • Dahi – 2 chammach
  • Pudina – Ek mutthi

Lagane ke tarika :

Ek bowl mein haldi, dahi aur pudina ke past ke mishran ko achhi tarah se mix kare. Ise apne chahre par achhi tarah se apply kare aur 20 minute tak laga kar rakhe. Halke thande paani se chahra dho le. Iss mishran ko lagane se skin ko kaafi aaram milta hai. Aap chahe to khire ko mash karke prabhavit jagah par lagaye.

3: Papita aur honey ka face pack :

Ingredients :

  • Papita paka hua – 1/2 cup
  • Honey – 1 bade chammach

Lagane ka tarika :

1/2 cup paka hua papita aur honey ko dal kar milaye. Ise apne pure chahre par apply kare aur ise chahre par 30 minute tak laga kar rakhe. Thande paani se dho le.

Garmi ke mausam mein pasine ki wajah se cream to kya sunscreen bhi bah jata hai, wahi thand ke mausam mein thandi hawaye aapki cream ka asar jald hi khatam kar deti hai. Aise mein aap sunscreen ka istmaal kar apni skin ko jyada protection de sakti hai.
