1: Jeere (cumin) ka paani piye:

A: 1 glass paani mein ek chammach jeera bhigo kar raat bhar ke liye rakh de. Subah khali pet is paani me se jeera nikal kar khaye aur paani ko garam karke usme 1/2 lemon juice dalkar use piye.

B: Yah nuskha pet me jame fat ko katta hai. Jeere ka paani motapa ko kam karne ka sabse achha tarika hai aur yah pet ke liye kaafi faydemand bhi hai. Agar aap chahti hai ki aapka weight loss jaldi ho iske liye dopahar aur raat ko khana khane ke kuch deer baad ek cup paani garam karke usme 1/2 lemon juice nichod kar piye.

2: Nimbu aur hari dhaniya (green coriander)  :

A: Hari dhaniya me natural antioxidant gun hota hai aur lemon me vitamin C bharpoor matra me paya jata hai. Jo shareer se harmful padarth (substances) bahar nikalne ka kaam karta hai.

B: Yah pet ki charbi kam karne ke saath he kidney ki safai karne aur shareer se gandagi bahar nikalne me bhi kafi asardaar hai.

C: Thoda sa fresh dhaniya patti aur ek lemon le. Ab ek bartan me lemon juice le isme bareek kata dhaniya patti dale. Isme ab 1/2 glass paani dal kar mixer me achhe se pess le. Ab yah pine ke liye taiyaar hai.

D: Iss drink ko banane ke baad fridge me na rakhe, ise banane ke turant piye. Jab bhi ise piye to isse turant banaker piye.

E: Nimbu aur dhaniya ke iss juice ko aap subah khali pet piye aur juice pine ke kam se kam 30 se 45 minute tak kuch bhi na khaye aur piye. Iss nuskhe ko 5 din karne ke baad 6 se 10 din tak na piye.

3:  Apple cider vinegar aur anjeer (fig) :

A: Weight loss karne me apple cider vinegar bahut asardaar hai.

B: Raat ko sone se pahle dry anjeer ke 4 dane le aur usme chhote- chhote chhed kare. Ab ek cup vinegar le kar isme anjeer ke dane dale aur raat bhar ke liye bhigo kar rakhe. Subah uthne ke baad inhe cup se nikaal le aur phir chaba chaba kar khaye.

C: Cup me dale hue vinegar ko 5-6 din tak istmaal me la sakte hai phir ise badal de. Motapa kam karne ke liye 15-20 din lagatar is tarike ko kare. Isse aapko behter result mile ga.

4: Ajwain ka paani :

Jab pet se jude rogo ka ilaaj gharelu tarike se karna ho ajwain ka istmaal usme kaafi asardaar hai. Ajwain se shareer ka digestion achha hota hai. Iske saath saath iske istmaal se motapa kam karne me bhi madad milti hai.

A: Pet ki charbi kam karne ke liye ajwain ka paani subah khali pet piye. Isse shareer ka metabolism tez hota hai aur pet ki charbi bhi ghatti hai.

B: Ek glass paani me 25 se 50 gram ajwain le aur use raat bhar ke liye bhigo kar rakhe. Subah hone par iss paani ko chhan kar isme thoda honey milaye aur khali pet piye. Achha result paane ke liye aap 30-40 din tak iss upay ko lagatar kare.

Weight loss karne ke asan tarike :

1: Aap apne din ka 30 minute yoga aur exercise ke liye zaroor nikale.

2: Aap jis samay se jagte hai, usse 1 ghanta pahle regular jagne ki koshish kare.

3: Sone se pahle 30 minute zaroor walk kare.

4: Maide se bani hui chije nahi khani chahiye.

5: Raat ka khana sone se 2 ghante pahle he kar lena chahiye.

6: Hamesha 1 se 2 baje tak lunch le, oily food aur sweet dish khane se bache. Apne khane me salad zaroor shaamil kare.

7: Sweet, rice, aalu aur fast food khane se door rahe.

8: Toilet jane se pahle 1 glass halka gunguna paani piye.

9: Khana khane ke baad 1/2 ghanta paani na piye. Ho sake to khane ke saath ek fruit khaye.

10: Toilet jane ke baad 1 chammach honey aur 1 lemon juice kat kar ek glass paani me ghol kar piye. Uske baad ek room se dusre room me walk kare ya halka fulka exercise kare.

11: Exercise ke baad breakfast me fruit le ya fruit ka juice ka sevan kare. Iss baat ka dhayan zaroor rakhe ki breakfast 10 baje tak ho jana chahiye. Agar aap office jati hai to fruit saath le kar jaye.

    thanks a lot.. bahut badhiya jaankari… mera ek prashna hai… kya nimbu aur dhaniya wala nuskha har season me le sakte hai kya ???

      Aap lemon juice ka istmaal har season mein kar sakte hai , lekin aap dhaniya ka istmaal kam he kare. Iska istmaal hafte mein do baar he kare. Kyunki iska jyada istmaal body ke liye harmful ho sakta hai.
