Wajan Kam Karne Ke Liye Keto Diet Chart Iske Fayde Aur Nuksan :

Keto Diet Plan :

1: Breakfast :

Breakfast me bacon aur veg ke saath fry kiya hua egg, Butter ya olive oil, Shimla mirch, mushroom, spinach, egg, Kate tamater aur egg white ko shamilk kare

Iss breakfast mein 774 calories, protein 25 gram, crab 5 gram aur 56 gram fats hota hai. 

2: Lunch :

Lunch ke waqt bade patte romantic lettuce, bacon, grill chicken, cherry tomatoes, cheese, romantic lettuce aur mayonnaise khaye.

Kyunki isme 632 calories, fat 48 gram, crab 8 gram aur protein 25 gram hota hai. 

3: Dinner :

Dinner ke waqt baked salmon ke saath baked potatoes, paneer, green onion leaf, khatta cream, butter aur phoolgobhi le. 

Kyunki isme 653 Calories, 6 gram crab aur 38 gram protein paya jata hai.

Isme kya khaye aur kya na khaye :

Keto diet mein high fatty, protein aur carbohydrate ko kam matra mein liya jata hai. Apne daily routine mein 70-75 calories fat, 20 ya 25 calories protein aur 5 se 10 calories carbohydrate leni chahiye. 

Keto diet mein kya khaye :

Keto diet mein aap maans, fish, chicken, oil, avocado, egg, butter, green vegetable aur dairy product ko he shamil kare.

Keto diet mein kya na khaye :

Iss diet ko lete waqt kisi bhi tarah ke carbohydrate se bhare product jaise (wheat ki rooti, pasta ya anaj) starch jaise (potato, beans ya phaliyaan) aur fruit ko shaamil na kare

Keto diet ke jahan bahut sare fayde hai wahin keto diet ke bahut sare nuksaan bhi hai isliye keto diet ko follow karne se pahle aap iske nuksaan ke bare mein acchi tarah se jaan le-

1: keto diet mein aapko bhukh kam lagti hai ya kai nutrients ki kami bhi ho sakti hai. Kai baar keto diet ki wajah se vitamin ki kami ho jati hai.

2: Agar aap iska lagatar sevan kar rahi hai, to phir aapke body mein aithan ki problem ho sakti hai. Lekin aapko ghabrane ki zaroorat nahi hai.

3: Keto diet lete waqt kabj (constipation) ki problem bhi ho sakti hai.

4: Isme aapko zaroori fiber aur nutrients nah mil pate hai aur saath he carbohydrate bhi kam liya jata hai, jiska asar aapke paachan tantr (digestive system) par hota hai. Isme aapko paachan se related koi bhi problem ho sakti hai.

5: Keto diet se aapke shareer ke muscles mein stretch aur thakan jaesi problems ho sakti hai.  Carbohydrate ki kami ki wajah se yah problem ho sakti hai.
