Dry fruit milk shake :
- Badaam (almonds) – 1/4 cup
- Pista (pistachios) – 1/4 cup
- Kaaju (cashews) – 1/4 cup
- Sukhe kishmish (dried raisins) – 1/4 cup (8 piece)
- Anjeer (figs) – 3
- Milk – 1/2 cup
- Suger – As required
1: Sabse pahle badaam, pista, kaaju, kishmish aur anjeer ko bareek chop kar le.
2: Ab blender me 1/2 cup milk le aur chopped kiye hue sabhi dry fruit isme dalkar bareek pess le.
3: Phir agar zaroorat lage to isme apni zaroorat ke hissab se sugar dale aur 2 cup milk bhi mix kare.
4: Ab in sabhi mishran ko mixer me achhi tarah se blend kare aur ise smooth drink banaye.
5: Ab inhe glasses me nikaal le.
6: Ab isme kuch dry fruit dalkar garnish kare aur dry fruits milkshake ko turant serve kare.
