Suji (Sooji) Ya Rava Ka Halwa Banane Ka Tarika

Sooji ka Halwa: 

Serving – 4 people        Time – 20-25 minute

Ingredients : 

  • Suji – 70 gram (1/2 cup)
  • Ghee – 1/3 cup
  • Chini – 100 gram
  • Kaaju – 10-12
  • Chhoti ilaechi – 4 (kootkar powder banaye)
  • Kishmish – 1 chammach
  • Badam – 10

Method :

Kadahi me ghee dalkar garm kare, jab ghee garam ho jaye to usme sooji dal dijiye aur kalchhi ki madad se chalate hue suji ko achchi tarah se bhune aur tab tak bhune jab tak suji halki brown na ho jaye. Kuch deer baad gas ko slow karke kuch deer aur bhune. Suji bhunne ke baad 2 cup paani aur chini dalkar mila dijiye, gas ko halki aanch par rakhe taaki halwa pak jaye. Halwe ko beech-beech me chalati rahiye.
Saare mewe ko kaat lijiye aur kishmish ki danthal ko todkar paani se dhul de.
Halwe me kate hue kaaju, badam aur kishmish dalkar mila dijiye. Ilaechi powder bhi dal kar mix kar dijiye. Halwa me thoda sa ghee aur dal de taaki baad me halwa chikna aur achcha dikhe. Thodi he deer baad suji ka halwa ban kar taiyaar ho jayega, gas se utaar lijiye. Ab halwe ko bowl me nikale aur halwe ke oopar kaaju aur badam dal kar saja de. Ab aap ka suji ka halwa taiyaar hai. suji ka halwa garma garam serve kare.
