Bharwa tamatar India ki famous stuff gravy racipe me se ek hai. Yah dish khane me jitni tasty hoti hai ise banana utna he aasan hai. Aap iss dish ko roti ya chawal ke saath serve kar sakti hai.  Isliye aaj ham aap ko batayenge ki stuffed tomato with gravy recipe (bharwa tamatar) kaise banaya jata hai.

Ingredients :

  • Bade tamater – 4
  • Cheese (kaddukas kiya hua) – 1 cup
  • Aalu (uble aur maished) – 1 cup
  • Uble matar – 1/4 cup
  • Lahsun paste – 1/2 chammach
  • Dhaniya patti (bareek kati) – 1 chammach
  • Namak – as required

Gravy ke liye :

  • Tomato puree – 1 cup
  • Pyaaj (bareek kata) – 1/2 cup
  • Jeera – 1/2 chammach
  • Adrak-lahsun paste – 1 chammach
  • Cream – 1/2 cup
  • Laal mirch powder – 1 chammach
  • Haldi powder – 1 chammach
  • Garam masala powder – 1 chammach
  • Dhaniya powder – 1 chammach
  • Oil – 1 chammach

Method :

Tamatar ko dho kar uska upari hissa katkar hata de. Aram se tamatar ka guda nikale aur rakh de. Ek bowl me aalu, matar, lahsun, namak aur dhaniya patti dalkar milaye aur tamar me bhar de. Iss mishran se tamater ko pura nahi aadha bhare. Ab kaddukas kiye cheese ko aalu ke upar chhidak de. Pan me oil garam kare aur jeera dalen. Jab jeera chatakne lage to pan me pyaaj dalen aur use golden hone tak bhune. Adrak-lahsun paste dale aur kuch deer bhune. Namak, haldi aur dhaniya powder dalkar milaye. Ab tomato puri, tamatar ka guda aur laal mirch powder dalkar iss mishran ko oil ke alag hone tak bhune. Aadha cup paani dalkar iss mishran ko 2-3 minute tak ubale. Garam masala powder dale aur zaroorat ho to thoda sa namak bhi dale. Jab gravy gadhi hone lage to pan ko kuch deer ke liye gas par se hatayen aur usme cream dalkar aur achchi tarah se milaye. Ab bhare hue tamatar ko pan me dalen. Us par achchi tarah se gravy dalen. Pan ko dhakker, dhimi aanch par tamatar ko 7-8 minute tak pakaye. Dhaniya patti se saja kar serve kare.
