Stir-fried vegetables and chicken :

Chicken ki recipes ko puri duniya me bahut jyada pasand kiya jata hai, phir chahe wo bachche ho ya bade yah sabki favorite dish hoti hai. Isliye aaj ham aap ko batayenge ki stir-fried vegetable and chicken recipe kaise banaye jati hai. Yah kaafi tasty aur healthy hota hai.

Samagri :

  • Chicken ke tukde (uble hue) – 1 cup
  • Shimla mirch (laal, pila aur hara) – 1 cup
  • Mashroom – 1 cup
  • Broccoli – 1 cup
  • Baby corn – 1 cup
  • Gajar aur sem (ubla aur tukdo me kata hua) – 1 cup
  • Pyaaj – 1 cup
  • Gobhi – 1 cup
  • Lahasun – 4
  • Hara mirch (bareek kata) – 2
  • Olive oil – 1 chammach
  • Soy sauce – 1 chammach
  • Cornflour – 1 chammach
  • Namak – zaroorat ke hissab se
  • Kaali mirch – zaroorat ke hissab se

Vidhi :

Ek pan me oil garam kare, usme lahsun aur hara mirch dalen. Ise 1 minute tak pakaye, ab isme sari sabjiyon ko dalen. Sari sabjiyon ko achchi tarah se pakaye. Isme chicken ke tukde dalen. Ab isme namak, kaali mirch taste ke hissab se dalen aur soy sauce dalen. Aadha cup paani me cornflour ko dalkar achchi tarah se milaye aur ise pan me dalen. Ise ubaal le aur 2 minute tak pakaye. Ise rice ke saath serve kare.

Ingredients :

  • Chicken cubes (boiled) – 1 cup
  • Bell peppers (red, yellow and green) – 1 cup
  • Mushrooms – 1 cup
  • Broccoli – 1 cup
  • Baby corn – 1 cup
  • Carrots and beans (boiled and diced) – 1 cup
  • Onions – 1 cup
  • Cabbage – 1 cup
  • Garlic cloves – 4
  • Green chillies (chopped) – 2
  • Olive oil – 1tsp
  • Soy sauce – 1 tsp
  • Cornflour – 1 tsp
  • Salt and pepper – to taste

Method :

Heat oil in a pan, add the chopped garlic and green chillies. After a minute or so, add all the vegetables. stir fry till evenly cooked. Add the chicken cubes. Sprinkle salt and pepper and add soy sauce. Mix the cornflour in half cup water and pour it into the pan. Bring it to boil and cook for another two minutes. Server hot with rice or noodles.
