Beetroot me sodium, potassium, phosphorus, calcium, vitamin-B1 ,vitamin-b2 aur c paya jata hai. Yah hame kai bimaarion se bhi bachate hai. Beetroot ko apne diet me zaroor shamil kare kyonki hamari yaadadaasht (memory) ko tez karta hai. Ham log aksar beetroot ko salad ke roop me lete hai. Lekin ham aaj aap ko beetroot juice ki recipe batayenge. Jise aap ghar par aasani se bana sakte hai.

Samagri:

  • Chukandar (beetroot) – 2
  • Apple – 1
  • Kheera (cucumber) – 1

Vidhi:

Kheera aur chukandar ko chhil le. Kheera, chukandar aur apple ko kaat kar mixer me dalen. Mixer me aadha cup paani dalen aur bareek paste banane tak chalayen. serving glass me dalen aur ice cube ke saath serve kare.
