Pressure Cooker Mein Easy Aur Tasty Chicken Masala Biryani Kaise Banaye

Biryani ek Indian recipe hai. Jise log kisi special occasion par banate hai. Lekin chicken masala biryani ( चिकन बिरयानी मसाला ) ko banane ke liye kisi special occasion ki zaroorat nahi hai, aap ise asani se apne ghar par bana sakti hai. Yah khane mein bahut he tasty aur delicious hota hai. Aaj ham aapko batayenge ki pressure cooker mein chicken masala biryani kaise banate hai.

Ingredients :

  • Oil – 2 bade chammach
  • Dalchinni (Cinnamon stick) – 2-3
  • Tez patta (bay leaf) – 2-3
  • Laung (cloves) – 3-4
  • Hari elaichi (Green cardamoms) – 3-4
  • Kaali mirch (black pepper) – 8-10
  • Pyaaj (bareek kata hua)- 1 bada
  • Hari mirch – 3-4 (khadi)
  • Tamatar – 2 meddium size mein kate hue.
  • Ginger aur garlic ka paste – 2 chammach
  • Chicken – half kg
  • Namak – according to taste
  • Chilly powder – 2 chammach
  • Coriander powder – 1 1/2 chammach
  • Haldi powder – 1/2 chammach
  • Garam masala – 1/2 chammach
  • Dahi – 2 chammach
  • Basmati chawal – 1 1/2 cup

Method : 

1: Pressure cooker mein 2 chammach oil dal kar garam kare.

2: Isme 2-3 cinnamon stick, bay leaf, 3-4 laung, hari elaichi, kaali mirch dale.

3: Ab isme 1 bada pyaaj bareek kata hua dale aur golden brown hone de. In sabhi masalo se bahut achhi khushbu aaye gi.

4: Pyaaj bhunte waqt he isme hari mirch dalen.

5: Ab isme kate hue tamatar dalen aur ise lagatar chalati rahe.

6: Ab isme 2 chammach ginger aur garlic ka paste dalen ge aur ise achhi tarah se mix kar denge. Ise kuch minute tak achhi tarah se bhune ge.

7: Ab isme chicken dalen ge aur ise achhi tarah se mix karde, taki sare masale chicken mein ghul jaye.

8: Ab isme salt, coriander powder, laal mirch,garam masala aur haldi powder dalen ge. Ise achhi tarah se mix karenge. Ise 3-4 minute tak full aanch par bhune ge.

9: Ab isme dahi dalen ge. Dahi dalte waqt gas ko dhima kar denge. Inhe achhe se mix kare aur 2-3 minute tak bhune ge.

10: Kuch deer baad aap denkhenge ki chicken ka color red ho jaye ga aur oil uppar najar aane lage ga.

11: Ab chicken ko pakane ke liye isme 1/2 cup paani dalen ge.

12: Ab cooker ko band karden ge aur ek siti lagane ke baad cooker ko khool de.

13: Ab isme basmati chawal dalen ge. ( basmati chawal ko 10 minute ke liye paani mein soak kar ke rakhen ge).

14: Ab isme 1/4 th cup paani dalen ge.

15: Cooker band karen ge aur 2-3 siti aur lagayen ge.

16: Jab siti lag jaye tab cooker khol de aur uske oopar dhakkan aise he rakh de taaki biryani bhaap se achhi tarah se pak jaye. Jab yah 10 minute mein pak kar taiyaar ho jaye ga to ise plate par nikal denge.

17: Aap ise salad, chutney ya raite ke saath serve kar sakti hai.
