1: Aloe vera gel :

Iske liye aapko 1 chammach aloe vera gel le aur usme jojoba oil dal kar achchi tarah se mila le. Phir iske baad ise apni palko par achchi tarah se lagale. Ise 15-20 minute tak laga kar rakhe uske baad paani se saaf kar le.

2: Nimbu ka chhilka (lemon peel) :

Kya aap jaanti hai ki nimbu ke chhilke ke istmaal se bhi palko ko ghana kiya ja sakya hai. Iske liye nimbu ke chhilke ko dhoop me sukhaye jab achchi tarah se sukh jaye, tab uska powder bana le. Ab 1 chammach nimbu ka chhilka aur isme olive oil dale. Taki chhilka use sokh le. Ab raat bhar ke liye ise apni palko par laga kar rakhe. Subah paani se saaf kar le.

3: Petroleum jelly :

Palko ki growth ke liye petroleum jelly bhi kafi faydemand hai. Rooz raat ko sone se pahle apni aankho par ise achchi tarah se lagaye. Yah aankho ke aas-pass ke dark circle ko hatane me bhi kafi asardaar hai. Aap iske istmaal daily kar sakti hai.

4: Castor oil :

Castor oil ka jyada tar istmaal hair growth ke liye kiya jata hai. Kyonki yah hair ke liye bahut he faydemand hota hai. Castor oil ek bahtreen nourishing agent hai jo palko ko ander se poshan pradaan karta hai. Iske istmaal se palke ghani aur lambe hote hai. 5: Olive oil :

Iske istmaal se aapki palko ke baal strong honge. Olive oil palko ko lamba, ghana aur strong karne wala sabse achcha gharelu upay me se ek hai. Daily raat ko sone se pahle cotton me oil ko laga kar palko par lagaye aur raat bhar laga kar rakhe. Iske istmaal se aapko ek mahine ke ander ferk najar aane lage ga.

6: Green tea :

Green tea me paya jane wala plethora antioxidant palko ko lamba, ghana aur strong karne me madad karte hai. Iske liye 1 chammach green tea ko paani me daal kar kuch minute tak ubaal le. Ab ise thanda hone ke liye rakhe de. Jab yah thanda ho jaye tab isme cotton ko dubo kar palko par lagaye. Ise raat bhar ke liye laga rahne de. Iska istmaal aap daily kar sakti hai. Agar green tea ka paani bach gaya hai to aap use ek dibbe me rakh kar 3-4 din tak istmaal me la sakti hai.

7:  Shea butter :

Shea butter ka jyada istmaal Africa me kiya jata hai. We iska istmaal apne baalo me lagane ke liye karte hai. Isme vitamin A aur E paya jata hai. Ye palko ke rom ko poshit karte hai. Jisse palko ke baal badhne shuru ho jate hai. Apne finger par thoda sa shea butter le aur use dono finger par ragde. Ab finger ko palko par halke haantho se massage kare. lagane ke baad ise raat bhar ke liye aise he laga rahne de.

8: Egg yolk : 

Egg me protein paya jata hai. Jo palko ko lamba aur ghana karne me madad karta hai. Iske saath he isme biotin aur vitamin B bhi hota hai. Jo aapki palko ke baalo ko strong banata hai. Iske liye ek egg yolk le usme ek chammach glycerin ko mila le. Ise aap tab tak milate rahe jab tak yah ek creamy mishran na ban jaye. Ab cotton ko isme dale aur palko par lagaye. Ise 15 minute tak laga kar rakhe uske baad palko ko cold water se dho le. Ise hafte me 3 baar kare.

9: Coconut milk :

Coconut milk me protein paya jata hai aur isme zaroori fat bhi paya jata hai, jo palko ko lamba aur ghana karne me madad karte hai. Sabse pahle coconut milk le usme cotton ko dale aur use apni palko par lagaye. Lagane ke baad 10 minute tak ise aise he laga rahne de aur uske baad paani se dho le. Achcha result pane ke liye iska istmaal ek mahine tak din me do baar kare.

10: Palko ke liye brush :

Palko par brush karne se baalo ko bada karne me madad mile gi. Yah gandagi ko hatata hai, jiski wajah se pores band ho jate hai. Iske alawa, yeh blood circulation ko bhi badhate hai jisse baalo ke rom ko poshan milta hai. Sabse pahle palko ke brush par vitamin E oil ya petroleum jelly dal le. Phir brush ko apni palko par istmaal kare. Jis tarah aap mascara brush ka istmaal karti hai waise he istmaal kare. Iska istmaal din me do baar 5 minute ke liye kare.
