Crispy aur yummy Pakora Indian ka pasandida breakfast hai. Jise aap asani se ghar par bana sakti hai. Brinjal, tamater, palak ki patti aur hari mirch ko besan ke ghol me dip kar ke banaya jata hai aur isi ke saath he ham aap ko fruit chutney ki recipe bhi bataye ge. Ingredients :
  • Baigan (brinjal) (mote-mote kate) – 2
  • Tamatar ke slice – 12
  • Palak ki pattiyan – 2 cup
  • Hari mirch (beech se chiri hui) – 6
Ghol ke liye :
  • Besan – 500 gram
  • Ajwain – 1/4 chhota chammach
  • Namak  – zaroorat ke hissab se 
Chutney ke liye :
  • Seb (apple) –  100 gram
  • Papita bareek kate hue – 100 gram
  • Aam bareek kata – 100 gram.
  • Ghee – 1 chhota chammach
  • Kalaunji wa saunf (fennel)- 1/4 chhota chammach
  • Laal mirch powder – 1 chhota chammach
  • Elaechi powder – 1/4 chhota chammach
  • Jeera powder – 1/4 chhota chammach
  • Namak aur kala namak – savadaanusaar
  • Chini – 100 gram
  • Apple juice -50 millihgram 
Method :

Ghol ke liye besan, ajwain aur namak ko paani mila kar gadha ghol taiyaar kare. Ab isme baigan, tamatar, paalak aur hari mirch dip karke tal le.

Seb Ki Chutney Banane Ki Vidhi
Fruit chutney ke liye:

Ek pan me ghee garam kare isme saunf, kalaunji dalkar chatkayen. Hari elaechi aur laal mirch powder dalen aur turant kate sare phal dalen. Ab isme namak, kali mirch, chini aur seb ka juice milayen. Ise galne tak paakayen. Serving dish par pakore dalen aur fruit chutney ke saath parosen.
