Moong Dal Sabzi: 

Jyadah tar log moong dal ko khana pasand karte hai, lekin kya aap jante hai ki moong dal sabzi bhi khane me bahut tasty hota hai. Yah bachcho ko bahut pasand aati hai aur ise banana bhi aasan hai. Yah khane me jitna tasty hota hai yah utna he healthy bhi hota hai. Isliye ham aaj aap ko Moong Dal Sabzi Recipe batayenge, jise aap ghar par bana sakte hai.

Samagri:

  • Saabut moong – 1/2 cup
  • Jeera – 1/2 tbsp
  • Curry patta – 2-3
  • Adrak (kaddukas kiya hua) – 1/2 tbsp
  • Hari mirch – 1 tbsp
  • Haldi powder – 1/2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Dhaniya patti (bareek kate) – 2 tbsp
  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Namak – Savadaanusaar

Vidhi:

Saabut moong daal ko 7-8 ghante ke liye paani me bhigoye. 1-1/2 cup paani aur thode se namak ke saath cooker me 3-4 siti lagaye. Kadahi me oil ko garam kare aur jeera dalen. Dheeme aanch par hari mirch, curry patta, adrak aur haldi powder dalkar kuch second paakaye. Paki hui daal dalen aur halke haatho se milaye. Jaroorat ke hisaab se namak dalen. Kadaahi ko dhak kar dheeme aanch par 10 minute tak pakaye. Pakne ke baad isme lemon juice aur dhaniya patti ko dalen. Ise roti ya chawal ke saath garmagaram serve kare.
