Monsoon Ke Mausam Mein Kaise Rakhe Apni Health Ka Khayal :

Monsoon ka mausam har kisi ko bahut pasand aata hai kyunki yah apne saath khushiyan aur changes bhi late hai. Yah hame chipchipati aur chubhti garmi se aram dene ke saath he pure atmosphere ko hara-bhara kar deta hai. Agar aap bhi monsoon ke mausam ka maja lena chahati hai to aap ko puri tarah se fit rahna hoga. Kyunki yah mausam apne saath bahut sari bimariyan aur infection le kar aate hai.

Kyunki baarish ke mausam ki wajah se hamari skin, hair aur saath he health par bhi bahut bura asar hota hai. Kyunki monsaan ke waqt hawa mein nami badh jati hai aur saath he temperature kam ho jata hai, jiski wajah se hamare shareer se pasina kam bahar aata hai. Pasina bahar aane ki wajah se hamare shareer se toxin ko bahar nikalne mein madad milti hai. Monsoon ke mausam mein umas jyada hone ki wajah se bacteria ki growth badh jati hai.  Jiski wajah se monsoon mein skin par khujli aur rashes ho jate hai. Monsoon ke mausam mein sabse jyada bacterial infection gili skin par hote hai jaise under arms, fingers, pair. jo log shoes pahnte hai aur phir baarish mein bheeg jate hai jis wajah se in logo ko infection ka khatra jyada ho jata hai.

Monsoon ke mausam mein kin bato ka khayal rakhe:

1: Monsoon ke mausam mein bahut garam paani se na nahaye. Kyunki garam paani se nahane ki wajah se aapki skin damage bhi ho sakti hai.

2: Aap apni skin ko bahut tezi se na scrub kare. Agar aap aisa karti hai to ise karna chhod de kyunki aap bacteria ko door karne ki jagah invite karte hai. Aisa karne ki wajah se aapki skin par break out ho sakte hai.

3: Barish ke mausam mein aksar ghar ke bahar paani bhar jata hai. Jiski wajah se mosquito (machchar) usme ande de dete hai aur isi wajah se malaria jaisi bimari ho jati hai.

4: Band shoes pahanne se aapke pairo mein pasina ya baarish ke mausam mein shoes ke gile hone ki wajah se ye bacteria ki growth ko help karte hai. Isliye iss mausam mein slippers he pahne.

5: Iss mausam mein jyadatar bimariyan paani ki wajah se he phailti hai, isliye aapko hamesha purified ya ubal kar thanda kiya hua paani he istmaal mein lana chahiye. Jisse paani se hone wali kai sari bimariyon se bacha ja sakta hai. Ek baat ka zaroor khayal rakhe ki ubla hua paani 24 ghante se jyada na hua ho.

6: Hamesha khana khane se pahle aur baad mein apne haantho ko achhi tarah se soap se zaroor dho le. Kitchen mein katne wale chopping board ko bhi sabji katne se pahle aur baad mein wash zaroor kar le.

7: Iss mausam mein ghar mein machhar, makkhi aur kide-makode bahut jyada ho jate hai, isliye inhe door karne ke liye kisi achhe brand ka kitadunashak (insecticide) istmaal kare. Ghar mein pochha marte waqt bhi phenyl zaroor dale.

8: Monsoon mein barish ka bharosa nahi hota hai ki yah kab baras jaye, isliye monsoon se bachne ke liye apne saath zaroori saman zaroor le. Suddenly se aani wali baarish se bachne ke liye apne saath umbrella zaroor rakh le. 

9: Apne ghar ke cooler ka paani hamesha check karte rahe aur daily us paani ko badle. Ghar ke aur bhi jagaho par jaise ki flower pot, aquarium aur kuen (the well) mein bhi paani bhara rahta hai. Inhe kisi insecticide se saaf kare aur cover karke rakkhe.

Apne diet mein kya aur kis tarah se shamil kare:

1: Jyadatar log monsoon ke mausam mein green vegetable khana chhod dete hai. Lekin phir bhi agar aap khana chahati hai to green vegetable ko paani se achhi tarah saaf kar le aur tab usko istmaal mein laye. Kyunki green vegetables mein kai tarah ke larvae, dust aur worm hote hai, jinki wajah se ham bimar ho sakte hai. Isiliye in bacteria se chhutkara paane ke liye paani se achchi tarah se saaf kar le. Aap chahe to sabji ko namak mile paani mein kuch minute tak khaulaye. Isse sare bacteria khatam ho jaye ge.

2: Agar aap non-vegetarian hai, to soup aur stew jaise halka ahar he le.

3: Herbal tea pine se monsoon ke mausam mein kafi fayda hota hai. Agar aap isme thoda extra flavor ke liye adrak, kali mirch, aur honey ka istmaal kar sakti hai. Waise bhi herbal tea har mausam ke liye faydemand hota hai.

4: Monsoon ke mausam mein khaane ko achhi tarah se pakaye. Adhpaka khana aapke health ke liye harmful ho sakta hai. Fruit aur green vegetables ka jyada se jyada sevan kare.

5: Aap iss mausam mein lahsun, heeng aur adrak ka istmaal jyada se jyada kare.

6: Germs se bachne ke liye aapko jyada se jyada herbal tea, lemon tea, adrak ki chai aadi pini chahiye. Agar aap tea pina pasand nahi karti hai to phir aap iski jagah hot vegetable soup bhi pi sakti hai.

Kis tarah ke khane se door rahe:

1: Basi khane se door rahe kyunki yah aapko bimar kar sakte hai. Ghar ka bana taza khana he khaye.

2: Carnivorous (garishth maansahari) bhojan se door rahe.

3: Ghar ke bahar milne wale khule khane se door rahe. Yah food khane mein tasty zaroor hote hai lekin inme kai sare kitandu bhi maujood hote hai, jo hame bimaar kar sakte hai. Kai baar barish ka paani oil mein chala jata hai, jo ki kafi harmful hota hai. Ghar ke bahar ka paani bhi na piye aur bahar ke khane se bhi door rahe.

4: Gobhi, aalu, bhindi aur rajma ka sevan karne se bache.
