Kimami sewai ek meetha dessert hai. Yah khane me jitna tasty hota hai ise banana utna he asaan hai. Sewai ko specially Eid ke din banaya jata hai, kyonki us din sewai khane ka ek alag he maja hota hai. Lekin aap ise kisi bhi waqt ya kisi bhi special occasion par bana sakti hai. Sewai bachho aur bado sabhi ko bahut pasand aata hai. To phir aap bhi apne ghar sewai banaye aur sab ke saath milkar iss dish ko enjoy kare. Time – 45 minute 

Ingredients :

  • Sewai – 250 gram
  • Dudh – 1 paw
  • Mawa – 150 gram
  • Coconut – 100 gram (pisa hua )
  • Chini (sugar) – 500 gram
  • Butter – 50 gram
  • ghee – 3 bade chammach
  • Orange color – kuch bund
  • Ilaechi (cardamom) – 5
  • Badaam (bareek kate) – 3 chhote chammach
  • Kaaju (cashew) (bareek kata) – 3 chhote chammach
  • Chironji (buchanania lanzan) – 1 chhota chammach
  • Makhana – 2 cup 

Method :

Iss sewai ko banane ke liye sabse pahle ek pan me ek bada chammach ghee dal kar garam kare. Jab ghee achchi tarah se garam ho jaye to usme 2 ilaechi dal de. Kuch second baad coconut aur 2/3 bhaag mawa dalkar 2 minute tak bhune. Uske baad iss mishran ko kisi bowl me nikal kar rakh de. Phir pan me 1 bada chammch ghee garam kare. Ghee me kate hue mewe aur makhana dal kar tal le. Mewe golden color ke hone par unhe pan se nikal de. Uske baad unhe kisi gahre bartan me palat kar belan ki madad se inko koonch kar powder bana le .

Ek bade bhagone me chini aur do cup paani dal kar garam kare. Paani ko chalate rahe, jisse chini ghul jaye. Chini ke ghol ko tez aanch per ek taar ki chashni banne tak pakaye. Chanshni taiyaar hone par usme rang dal kar chala le. Saath he bhun kar kunche gaye mewe bhi chashni me dal de aur 5 minute tak unhe pakne de. Isi ke saath ek bade pan me ek bada chammach ghee dal kar garam kare. Ghee me 3 ilaechi dal kar 10 second tak bhune. Uske baad usme sewai dal de aur lagbhag 5 minute tak unhe chalate hue bhune.

Sewai bhun jane par usme dudh dal de aur chammach ki madad se chalate rahe. Sewaion ke dudh me bheeg jane par usme chashni ka mishran dalen. Saath he coconut aur khoye ka mishran bhi mila de. 2 se 3 minute tak sewai ko medium aanch me pakaye aur uske baad aanch band karke bhagone ko dhak de. Aap ki sewai ban kar taiyaar hai. Inpar mewe aur khoya dal kar serve kare.
