Mawa-Gujiya-Banane-ki-Vidhi

Mawa gujiya :

Mawa gujiya India ki tradition sweet dish hai. Gujiya holi aur diwali ke festival me khastaur par banayi jati hai. Gujiya ki dish khane me jitni tasty hoti hai, ise banana utna he asaan hota hai. Aap ise kai dino tak bana kar rakh bhi sakti hai. Yah kharab nahi hota hai. Isliye ham aaj aap ko batayenge ki mawa gujiya kaise banaya jata hai. Jise aap ghar par asaani se bana sakti hai..

Samagri : 

  • Maida (flour) – 2 cup
  • Kalonji (nigella seeds) – thoda sa
  • Oil – as required 

Bharawan ke liye :

  • Bhuna mawa – 1 cup
  • Mix mewa (bareek kata) – 3 bade chammach
  • Chhoti elaichi powder (cardamom) – 3-4
  • Sukha coconut (kasa hua) – 3 bade chammach
  • Chini – 3 bade chammach

Vidhi :

Maida, kalonji, oil dalkar kada guth le. Bharawan ki sabhi samagri mila le. Gunthe maide ke chhote pede banaye. pede ko bail le. Ise saancho me set kare. Mewe bhare aur sancho ko press kar ke gujiya ka aakar de. Kadahi me oil garam kare. Isme gujiya dalen aur ulat-palat kar senk le.
