Masala Idli Recipe

Masala Idli Banane Ka Tarika :

Masala idli ko aap breakfast, lunch yaa dinner kisi bhi samay khaa sakte hai, kyonki ise banana bahut hi aasan hai. Aap chahe to ise salad ke saath le sakte hai. Masala idli chhote bachcho ko bahut pasand aata hai aur aap ise bachcho ke lunch box me bhi de sakti hai. Isliye ham aaj aap ko masala idli ki recipe batayenge jise aap ghar par bana sakti hai.

Samagri:

  • Suji- 2  1/2 cup
  • Mattha- 4 cup
  • Coconut oil- 3 bade chammach
  • Namak- savadaanusaar
  • Urad ki daal- 1 tbsp
  • Chana daal- 1 tbsp
  • Sarson- 1 tbsp
  • Taza naariyal bareek kata- 3 bade chammach
  • Hari mirch kate hue- 2
  • Curry patta- 4
  • Eno- 1 bada chammach
  • Oil-  chiknai ke liye

Vidhi:

Suji, mattha, 2 chammach oil aur namak ko ek katore me milakar 30 minute ke liye alag rakh de. Ab ek pan me ek chammach oil ko garam kare aur usme urad daal, chana daal aur sarson dalen. Jab ye chatakne lage to usme coconut, hari mirch aur curry patta dalkar kuch second ke liye pakaye. Ab in sab ko suji ke ghool me dalkar achchi tarah milaye. Eno dal de aur thoda sa paani usme mila le. Jab bulbule uthne lage to ise achchi tarah mila le. Ab iss ghool ko chiknaye lage idle saanche me dal de aur 8-10 minute ke liye bhaap me pakaye. Garmagaram chatni ke saath serve kare .

Yah hai masala idli ki recipe jise aap ghar par bana sakti hai. Lekin aap jab bhi koi recipe banaye to apne jaroorat ke hisaab se hi samagri dalen. Aap hamesha achcha khaye aur khush rahiye .Lekin  aap apne health ka bhi khayal rakhe, kyonki agar aap healthy rahenge tabhi to aap achcha-achcha khaa sakenge.
