Kung Pao Tofu:

Kung pao tofu ek traditional Chinese dish hai. Jise aap rice ke saath le sakte hai aur yah khane me bahut testy hota hai. Kung pao tofu me bahut saare vegetables hote hai, isliye yah protein se bharpur hota hai. Kung pao tofu ko agar aap khana chahti hai to aap ko iske liye kisi restaurant me jaane ki jaroorat nahi hai. Aap chahe to ise ghar par he bana sakti hai. To phir chaliye aaj ham aapko batayenge Kung Pao Tofu.

Samagri:

  • Paneer ya tofu- 200 gram.
  • Laal shimla mirch (bareek kata) – 1
  • Hari shimla mirch (bareek kata)- 1
  • Chilli sauce- 1 chammach
  • Sitaphal (Custard Apples) ke tukde- 1 cup
  • Oil- 1 chammach
  • Corn Flour -2 chammach
  • Soya sauce- 2 chammach
  • Kaali mirch powder-1 chammach
  • Mungfali ka powder (bhuna hua) – 1/4 chammach
  • Hara pyaaj (bareek kata)- 2
  • Adrak (kaddukas kiya hua) – 1 tukda
  • Lahsun (bareek kata) – 2 kali
  • Namak – savadaanusaar

Vidhi:

Ek bartan me corn flour, ek cup paani, soya sauce, chilli sauce, namak, mungfali ka powder aur kaali mirch powder dalkar achchi tarah se milaye aur ek or rakh de. Ab ek pan me oil ko garam kare aur usme adrak, lahsun, shimla mirch, hara pyaaj, sitaphal, sabjiyo ko dalen. Dheemi aanch par mulayam hone tak pakaye. Jab sitaphal pak jaye to pan me paneer ke tukde aur taiyaar sauce dalen. Lagataar chalate hue sauce ke gadha hone tak pakaye. Gas off kare aur chawal ke saath sarve kare.
