1: pimple me :

Keto diet lene se skin me apne aap sudhaar hone lagta ahi. Kam carbohydrate wale diet ke dauraan ghav aur skin ki sujan me sudhar paya gya hai. Jyada carbohydrate wale diet lene se pimple badhta dekha gya hai.

2: Wajan kam karne me :

Keto diet lene se hamara shareer fat ko energy ke roop me istmaal karne lagta hai. Sath he yah weight kam karne me bhi help karta hai. Iss diet ko lene se hamare shareer ka fat burn hone lagta hai, jisse body me insulin ka lavel bahut kam ho jata hai.

3: Epilepsy (miragi) ke ilaj me:

Sun 1900 se miragi ke ilaj me ketogenic diet ka istmaal kiya ja raha hai aur aaj bhi miragi se bahut jyada suffering bachcho ko, iske ilaj ke liye iss diet ko diya jata hai. Yah miragi ko control karne me bahut asardaar hai.

4: Insulin ko rokne me :

Keto diet brain ke energy ka ek bada source hai. Jab aap carbohydrate kam matra me lete hai, to blood sugar me bade kilon se bach jate hai. Ye dono milkar aapke dimag ki focus aur concentration ko badhate hai.

Keto diet ke nuksaan :
1: Physical ability kam hona :

Agar aap keto diet lete hai to ho sakta hai ki aap ke physical ability ki kami aaye. Aisa isliye hota hai kyunki aapka body fat ko energy ke roop me istmaal karta hai. Lekin preshaan hone ki zaroorat nahi hai.

2: Body cramps (shareer mein ainthan) :

Keto diet lene se shareer mein aur pairo me ainthan ek normal baat hai. Yah problem khastaur par subah aur shaam ko jyada hoti hai. Isse darne ki koi zaroorat nahi hai, kyunki iska matlab yah hai ki aapke body me  mineral aur magnesium ki kami hai. Isliye apne diet me jyada se jyada liquid foods aur salt le. Isse aapke body me magnesium ki problem door hogi aur cramps ki problems se aram milega.

3: Nervousness or normal heart beat :

Jab aap keto diet lete hai, to aapki heart beat pahle ki tulna me fast ho jati hai aur saans lene me bhi takleef ho sakti hai. Isme darne wali koi baat nahi hai, kyunki yah ek normal baat hai. Ise normal sthiti me lane ke liye jyada se jyada paani le aur namak khaye.
