Kabuli Chana Chaat:

Kabuli chana chaat sab ki pasand hoti hai, phir wo chahe chhote ho ya bade ho.  Chana me fiber ki matra jyaada hoti hai jisse yah weight ko kam karne me asardaar hota hai. Jo log vegetarian hote hai unke liye yah protein ka sabse achcha source hai. Chana ko khaane se bhukh bhi kam lagti hai. Isliye ham aap ko kabuli chana chaat ki recipe batayenge jise aap ghar par asani se bana sakte hai.

Samagri:

  • Kabuli chana- 2 cup
  • Tamatar (bareek kata)- 2
  • Pyaaj (bareek kata)- 2
  • Kheera (bareek kata)- 1
  • Aalu- 1
  • Hari mirch- 2
  • Dhaniya patti (bareek kata)- 3 tbsp
  • Chaat masala- 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice- 1/2 tbsp
  • Namak- savadaanusaar
  • Amchur powder- 1/2 tbsp
  • Aalu bhujia- 3 tbsp

Vidhi:

Kabuli chane ko 8 ghante paani me bhigoye aur cooker me pakae. Aalu ubaalkar chhilka chhel le aur chhote-chhote tukde me kaat le. Salad bowl me kaabuli chana dalen. Dhayan rahe ki usme paani jara sa bhi na ho. Bowl me kate pyaaj, aalu, tamater aur kheera dalen. Usme hari mirch, dhaniya patti, chaat masala, amchur powder, lemon juice aur namak dalkar milaye. Sabhi samagri ko achchi tarah se milaye. Sabse upar aalu bhujiya dalen aur sarve kare.
