Jimikand (Suran) Kofta Banane ki Vidhi

Aise bahut se log hote hai jinhe onion aur garlic ka taste pasand nahi aata hai ya kai aise month, festival ya fast hote hai jab sabjiyon me onion wa garlic nahi dala jata hai. Aise mauko par kuch special khaane-khilane ka man kare, to isliye ham aaj ko bina onion aur garlic ke jimikand kofta recipe batayenge.

Ingredients :

  • Jimikand  (suran) – 200 gram.
  • Dahi – 1 cup
  • Kaaju-badaam ka paste – 2 bade chammach
  • Hari mirch (green chili) – 3
  • Laung (clove) – 3
  • Dalchini (cinnamon) – 1 tukda
  • Jeera (cumin) – 1/2 chhota chammach
  • Adrak ka paste – 1/2 chhota chammach
  • Cornflour – 3 bade chammach
  • Haldi powder (turmeric powder) – 1 chhota chammach
  • Dhaniya powder (coriander powder) – 1 chhota chammach
  • Garam masala – 1 chhota chammach
  • Laal mirch powder – 2 chhote chammach
  • Saunf powder (fennel) – 1 chhota chammach
  • Namak – As required
  • Hari dhaniya – Thoda sa
  • Oil – Talne ke liye

Method  :

Jimikand ko ubaal kar mash kare. Ab isme cornflour, namak, hari mirch, dhaniya powder, mirch, saunf powder milaye aur inhe achchi tarah se mix kare. Ab inke chhote-chhote balls banaye. Ek kadahi me oil garam kare, usme in balls ko dalen aur halka golden hone tak tal le. Agar oil jyada ho to extra oil nikal le. Ab bache hue oil me jeera chatkaye. Dahi, kaju-badaam wa adrak ka paste milaye. Ab isme laung, dalchini, dhaniya powder, garam masala, laal mirch powder, saunf powder wa namak dalkar tel chhodne tak bhune. Garam paani dalen. Ubaal aane par kofte dalen aur 3 minute ke baad gas off kar de. Ab ise garmagaram serve kare, aap ise rice aur roti ke saath serve kar sakti hai.
