 Sugar wax :

  • Chini – 1 cup
  • Paani – 3 chammach
  • Lemon juice – 3 chammach

Ek pan me chini, paani aur lemon juice dalkar gas par rakhe. Phir kuch deer baad aanch ko dhima karke 7 minute tak chalaye aur mishran ke jhhag (foam) hone tak wait kare. Ab mishran ko ek bartan me dale aur thanda hone de. Jab mishran thanda ho jaye to use apne pairo par lagaye. Iss mishran ko lagane ke liye spatula ka istmaal kare. Uske baad ek kapde ko us per rakhde aur uske baad back direction me kheench de. Iske istmaal se aap ke pairo ke baal hat jaye ge. Isska asar hafto tak rahta hai. Yah pairo ke hair ko hatane ka sabse aasan aur safal nuskha hai.

Tips :

1: Ise apne pairo per lagane se pahle iss mishran ko ek chhote se hisse par laga kar check kar le. Kyonki yah zaroori nahi hai ki yah aap ke liye faydemand bhi ho.

2: Iska istmaal karne se pahle kisi expert se advice zaroor karle.

2: Moisturizer Ya Body Lotion (Pairo Ko Mulayam Kaise Banaye) :

Agar ham apne pairo par moisturizing ka istmaal na kare, to hamare pairo me nami ki kami ki wajah se pair rukhe aur crack ho jate hai. Ab isme thoda sa shampoo aur oil ki kuch bunde mila de. Iss paani me apne pairo ko ghutne (knee) tak dubo le. Thodi der baad pumice stone ki madad se pairo ko ragad kar saaf kar le. Naakhuno ki gandagi ko hataye. Pair ko achchi tarah se dho lene ke baad moisturizing cream lagaye.

Pairo Ki Dekhbhal Ke Liye Gharelu Upay:

1: Baking Soda :

Baking soda ki madad se ham apne pairo ki dekhbhaal me madad karta hai. Iske liye 1 tub me 4 liter paani bhar le, usme 1/2 cup baking soda mila de. 1/2 ghante ke liye pair ko paani me dalkar rakhe. Pair ko towel se saaf kare aur phir koi moisturizer pairo me laga le. Yah pairo ki gandagi ko saaf karke pairo ki skin ko soft banata hai.

2: Badam Ya Coconut Oil :

Pairo par charbi (fat) ki moti parat na jame, iske liye regular maalish kare. Aap iske liye badam, olive ya coconut oil ka istmaal kare yah aap ke pairo ke liye achcha rahega. Jab bhi nahane jaye to nahane ke paani me oil ki kuch bunde dal de. Isse aap ke pairo ki nami barkaraar rahegi aur skin bhi chamakdaar dikhegi.

3: Pumpkin Scrub :

Pake hue kaddu ko mixer me dalkar bareek pess le. Ab isme thoda sa chini powder aur dudh dalkar bareek paste banale. Iss paste ko apne pairo par lagaye aur 10 minute tak laga kar rakhe, uske baad halke haantho se scrub kare. Ab ise paani se dho le. Isse aap ke skin mulayam aur clean ho jaye gi.

4: Banana Pack :

Ek kele (banana) ko masal kar usme 2 chammach olive oil dalkar achchi tarah se mix kare. Ab ise apni heel aur pairo par lagaye. Ise 15 minute tak laga kar rakhe, uske baad paani se dho le. Yah crack heel ko theek karne me kaafi had tak kargaar hota hai.

5: Neem :

Ek mutthi neem ki pattiyan le, use bareek pess le. Uske baad usme 3 chammach haldi powder dalkar iska paste taiyaar kare. Ab iss paste ko apne crack heel par lagaye aur 30 minute tak laga kar rakhe. Uske baad halke gungune paani se pair ko dho le, phir towel se saaf kare.

Neem bhi aap ke pairo ki crack heel ko theek karne me kaafi achcha hota hai. Agar aap ka pair sankramit (infected) ya khujli ho jaye to aap khaastaur par neem ka istmaal kar sakti hai.

Tips :

1: Pairo ki care karne ke liye daily gungune paani me thoda sa namak dalkar pairo ko 10 minute tak dubo kar rakhe. Isse aap ke pairo ko aaram milega.

2: Nahane ke baad apne pairo par koi achcha body lotion ya cream lagaye.

3: Nahate samay apne pairo ko pumice stone se achchi tarah se saaf kare. Taki aap ke pairo ki kati-fati skin nikal jaye.

4: Hamesha apne pairo par achchi company ka nail polish lagaye. Mahine me 5-6 din ke liye nail paint ka istmaal na kare.

5:Agar aap ke pairo me pasine (sweat) ki problem hai, to app apne pairo me powder lagaye. Nahi to aap khuli shandal ka istmaal kare.

6: Bahut der tak high heel na pahne, isse aap ko thakan ho sakti hai.
