Suji cake recipe :

Serves : 4                                Cooking time : 50 minute 

Samagri :

  • Suji (semolina) – 1 cup
  • Dahi – 1 cup
  • Dudh – 1 cup
  • Chini – 1 cup
  • Ghee – 2 chammach
  • Baking powder – 1 chammach
  • Daalchini powder (cinnamon) – 1 chammach
  • Sukhe meve (dry fruit) – 1 mutthi

Vidhi :

Suji, dalchini powder aur baking powder ko ek bowl me dalkar achchi tarah se mila de. Ghee ko pighla le. Jab ghee thanda ho jaye to usme chini dalkar achchi tarah se mila de. Ghee aur chini wale iss mishran ko dahi me milaye aur dahi ko achchi tarah se phent le. Iss beech dudh aur suji ko aapas me achchi tarah se milaye aur iss mishran ko dahi, chini aur ghee wale mishran me dal de. Iss mishran ko dhak kar 2 ghante ke liye chhod de. 2 ghante baad iss mishran me sukhe meve dalkar milaye. Oven ko 180 degree centigrade par pahle se garam kare. Cake banane wale bartan me chiknai lagakar iss mishran ko dale. 10-15 minute tak bake kare. Jab cake ka kinara golden ho jaye to oven ko off kar de. Cake ko garam he serve kare.
