Ingredients :

Pakori ke liye :

  • Palak (spinach) – 1 cup
  • Besan (gram flour) – 1 cup
  • Haldi powder – 1/2 chhota chammach
  • Namak – As required
  • Oil- As required

Sajane ke liye :

  • Dahi – 1 cup
  • Sev – 1/2 cup
  • Laal mirch (tal le) – 1
  • Namak – As required
  • Chaat masala – taste
  • Hari chatni – As required
Method :

Palak ko kat le. Ab besan me paani dalkar ghol taiyaar kare aur usme kata hua palak dal de. Isme haldi, namak wa thoda sa oil dalen aur khoob phente. Kadahi me oil garam kar. Isme taiyaar ghol se pakore tal le. Serving dish me pakore rakhe. Iske oopar namak mila dahi, hari chatni aur mithi chatni dalen. Chaat masala aur sev oopar se dalen. Last me tali laal sukhi mirch ko bareek tod karke oopar dalen.
