How To Make Eggless Sponge Cake Without Condensed Milk :

Eggless sponge cake without condensed milk cake pure world mein bahut famous cakes me se ek hai. Ise banana bahut he asan hai aur saath he yah khane mein bhi bahut tasty hota hai kyunki ise dahi ke saath taiyaar kiya jata hai.   • Total Time : 35 minute

Ingredients :

  • Atta (flour/ maida) – 1 1/2 cup
  • sugar (chini) – 3/4 cup
  • Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
  • Oil – 1/2 cup
  • Curd (dahi) – 1 cup
  • Baking powder –  1 tsp
  • Baking soda – 1/2 cup

Method :

1: Grease the cake pan with butter or add butter paper and keep aside.

2: Preheat oven at 350 F /  180 C.

3: In a bowl sieve all flour / maida and keep aside. 

4: In other large bowl add curd, sugar and mix well.

5: Add baking soda and baking powder mix well and aside for 5 minutes. ( these powders will react with curd well and tiny bubbles will be formed on the surface )

6: Now add vanilla essence to the mixture and mix well.

7: Add 1/2 cup oil and mix well.

8: And now add flour / maida and mix the batter well with out lumps.

9: Transfer batter to the cake pan and keep it in pre-heated oven for 25-30 minute.

10: Once it’s done prick with toothpick or knife and check it’s done or not.

11: Once it turns in golden brown remove the cake from oven and keep aside to cool.

12: Invert the cake pan and start slicing the cake.

Method :

1: Ek pan mein butter dalkar achchi tarah se phaila de ya aap chahe to butter paper laga sakti hai.

2: Oven ko pahle se he 350F/180C par preheat kar le.

3: Ek bowl mein atte ko chhan kar alag rakh de.

4: Ab kisi dusre bowl mein dahi aur chini ko dal kar mix kare.

5: Ab usme baking powder, baking soda dal kar achhi tarah se milaye aur 5 minute ke liye alag rakhe. (ye powder dahi ke saath partikriya karenge aur upar ke hisso par chhote-chhote bubbles banege).

6: Ab isme vanilla essence dale aur achhi tarah se mix kare.

7: Phir 1/2 cup oil dale aur achchi tarah se milaye.

8: Last mein flour / maida dale aur iss batter ko tab tak mix karte rahe jab tak sare gaanth (lumps) khatam na ho jaye.

9: Ab batter ko cake pan mein dale aur ise 25-30 minute ke liye preheated oven mein rakhe.

10 : Ek baar cake mein chaku (knife) ya toothpick ko cake mein dalkar yah check kar le ki cake paka hai ya nahi.

11: Ek baar jab yah golden brown ho jaye, to cake ko oven se nikal de aur thanda hone ke liye rakh de.

12: Cake pan ko ghumae aur cake ke tukde ko katna shuru kare.
