Agar aap ko egg ka bana cake pasand nahi to aap ghar par he eggless cake bana sakti hai. Yah cake khaane me bahut tasty aur delicious hota hai. Agar aap ke paas oven nahi hai to aap pressure cooker me bhi cake bana sakti hai. Pressure cooker me cake bahut jaldi taiyaar kiya ja sakta hai. To aaj ham aapko eggless cake ki recipe batayenge aur wo bhi cooker me kaise taiyaar kiya ja sakta hai.

Ingredients :

  • Maida – 1 cup
  • Baking powder – 1 chammach
  • Vanilla essence – 1 chammach
  • Makkhan (butter) – 55 gram.
  • Kaaju (cashew) (chhote-chhote tukde me kata hua) – 3
  • Badaam (almond) (chhote-chhote tukdo me kaat le) – 3
  • Condensed milk – – 200 gram.
  • Sugar powder – 1/2 cup

Method :

1: Ek bowl me makkhan le aur use 30 second ke liye microwave me rakhe taki makkhan pighal jaye.

2: Ab vanilla essence, condensed milk, sugar powder, maida aur baking powder pighle hue makkhan me dale. Ab isme kaaju aur badaam bhi dale. 

3: Iss mishran ko achchi tarah se mix kare aur ek soft paste banaye.

4: Ab ek gool akaar ki aluminium ka bartan lena hai. Aap koi bhi bartan istmaal me la sakti hai. Lekin bartan aluminium ka he hona chahiye.

4: 1 chammach oil le aur ise bartan ke undar chaaro taraf achchi tarah se lagaye.

5: Ab is me 1 chammach maida le kar chaaro taraf phaila de. Bartan ko pakad kar achchi tarah se hilaye taaki maida achchi tarah se phail jaye.

6: Bartan me oil lagane se cake ka paste isme chipke ga nahi. Agar bartan me extra maida najar aaye to use hata de .

7: Ab isme cake ke liye taiyaar kiya gya mishran daal de.

8: Gas on kare uspe cooker rake phir usme taiyaar kiya cake wala bartan dale. Cooker ko band kare lekin siti ka istmaal na kare.

9: Cake ko 2 minute tak tez aanch par pakana hai. 2 minute ke baad aanch ko dhima kar de aur 30 minute tak pakaye.

10: Ab 30 minute ke baad cooker ke dhakkan ko khole aur barta ko bahar nikale.

11: Yah jaanne ke liye ki cake paka hai ya nahi iske liye knife ko cake ke mishran me dale. Agar knife me cake chipak jaye to samjhe ki cake abhi paka nahi hai.

12: Agar cake kachcha rah gya hai to cake ko 5 minute ke liye aur pakaye. Taki cake achchi tarah se pak jaye.

13: Cake ko bartan se bahar nikalne ke liye knife ki madad se cake ke chaaro taraf knife ko ghumaye.

14: Ab ek trey le us par cake ka bartan ulta karke rake aur oopar se use push kare taki cake nikal jaye.

15: Ab aap ka soft cake taiyaar hai.

16: Aap iss ko 4-5 din tak fridge me rakh kar istmaal kar sakti hai.

17: Aap chahe to cake par chocolate sauce ya cream dalkar bhi kha sakti hai.

Note:

1: Cake ke liye hamesha aluminium bartan ka he istmaal kare.

2: Cake banate samaye kabhi bhi cooker me paani na dale, use achchi tarah saaf karde.

3: Cooker me aap dalne ke liye jis bartan ka istmaal kare wo cooker se itna chhota ho ki wah cooker ke ander achche se chala jaye.
