How To Make Easy Chocolate Marble Cake Recipe : 

Chocolate marble cake bachhe ho ya bade sabhi ko bahut pasand aata hai. Yah khane mein kafi soft, sponge aur marble jaise hota hai jiski wajah se iska taste aur bhi jyada achha lagta hai. Ingredients :

  • Maida (flour) – 1 cup
  • Sugar powder – 1-1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
  • Vanilla powder –  1 tsp
  • Makkhan (butter) – 140 gram
  • Egg – 2
  • Milk –  2 tsp ya jitni aap ko zaroorat ho
  • Cocoa powder – 1 tsp
  • Water – 1 tsp ya jitni zaroorat ho

Method : 

1: Thoda se butter le aur use gas par 30 second ke liye garam kare, taki wo achhi tarah se pighal jaye ya aap chahe to oven mein butter ko 30-60 second ke liye pighlaye.

2: Ab butter mein sugar dalen aur use achhi tarah se mix kare.

3: Ab isme Egg dalen aur use bhi achhi tarah se mix kare.

4: Isme vanilla essence aur 1/2 maida dalen aur achhi tarah se milaye.

5: Ab aap isme vanilla powder aur bacha hua maida dale aur achhi tarah se milaye. 

6: Jab yah mishran thoda dark najar aane lagega to phir isme milk dale aur phir ise achhi tarah se milaye. Agar cake ka paste dark na ho phir bhi isme milk milaye, kyunki yah cake ke taste ko aur achhe se badha deta hai.

7: Ab aapke cake ka mishran taiyaar ho gya hai. 

8: Ab ek alag bowl le usme cocoa powder aur paani ko dalkar achhi tarah se milaye. 

Cake Ko Bake Karne Ke Liye :

1: Oven ko 350 F (180 C) par garam kare. Ise 3 minute tak preheat kare.

2: Ab ek cake ka gahra tin le aur usme butter ko charo taraf achhi tarah se lagaye, taki wo chikna ho jaye. Aisa karne se cake bartan mein nahi chipke ga.

3: Ab cake ke tin mein cake ka aadha mishran dale aur phir uske oopar cocoa powder wala mishran dale, use spoon ki madad se chalaye.

4: Ab uske oopar bacha hua baki cake ka mishran dale aur spoon ki madad se phir ek baar chalaye.

5: Cake ka mishran tin mein itna dale ki wo phulne ke baad usme achhi tarah se fit ho jaye.

6: Ab cake ke mishran ko oven mein dalen aur ise 30 minute ke liye bake hone de.

7: 30 minute ke baad cake ko bahar nikal kar usme knife dal kar check kare ki cake ander tak paka hai ya nahi. Agar cake nahi paka hai to 5 minute ke liye phir se bake kare.

8: Ab oven ko band kare aur cake ko bahar nikal le. Ab ise thanda hone ke liye bahar rakh de.

9: Jab yah thanda ho jaye, to ise ek trey par ulta rakh kar bahar nikal de. 

10: Ab cake ko apne manpasand shape mein kaat le. 

11: Aap cake ko khane se pahle peanuts aur chocolate sauce se decor kar le.
