Chana khatta Himachali recipe hai, jo himachal me banaye jane wali traditional dish hai. Yah recipe kala chana ko ubaal kar banaya jata hai. Iska taste thoda khatta aur mitha hota hai. Aap ise lunch aur dinner ke samay bana sakti hai, ise banana bahut asaan hai. Isliye ham aaj aap ko himachali chane ka khatta banane ki vidhi batayenge.

 Samagri :

  • Kala chana – 1 cup
  • Tez patta – 1
  • Pyaaj bareek kata – 1
  • Sarson ka tel – 1 chhota chammach
  • Sarson – 1/2 chhota chammach
  • Sabut jeera – 1/2 chhota chammach
  • heeng (asafoetida) – 1/4 chhota chammach
  • Haldi – 1 chhota chammach
  • Namak – 1 chhota chammach

Sabji ki tari banane ke liye :

  • Chane ka paani – 2 cup
  • Gud (jaggery) – 1 bada chammach
  • Dhaniya powder – 1 chhota chammach
  • Garam masala powder – 1/2 chhota chammach
  • Amchur powder – 2 chhote chammach
  • Laal mirch – 1 chhota chammach
  • Besan – 1 bada chammach

Vidhi  : 

Kaale chane me paani, namak wa haldi dalkar pressure cooker kare. Aanch se utaar kar thanda kare aur rasa alag kar le. Ab gud, garam masala, dhaniya, besan, laal mirch , amchoor aur chane ka rasa dal kar ghool taiyaar kare. Kadahi me oil garam kare, heeng, tez patta, sarson chatkayen. Pyaaj bhune aur ab isme taiyaar ghool dale. kaale chane milaye. 10 minute tak pakayen. Ise garmagaram serve kare.
