Jisse hamari health par bura effect padta hai aur ham kai baar to bimaar bhi ho jate hai. Hame aksar aise diet plan karne chahiye jisse ham apne diet ko maintain kar sake aur health bhi bani rahe.

Ham jo diet food karte hai ek samay ke baad hame us food se boriyat hone lagti hai. Hame apni khuraak kam karne ki jagah apne diet food ko tasty aur healthy banana chahiye. Isliye diet aisi ho, jisme taste aur health ka achcha talmel ho. Isliye ham aaj aap ko kuch aise diet tips ke baare me batayenge , jinhe aap aasani se bana sakti hai aur kudh ko fit bhi rakh sakti hai.

Drinks, spread sauce : 

1: Soft drink ki jagah ghar me attractive aur tasty drinks banaye. Pahle bina chini ke nimbu paani banaye aur phir usme kuch colorful ice cube dalen. Iske liye ice cube me mint ya cherry, lemon ya orange ka zest dalkar sajaye.

2: Herbal tea banane ke liye paani me kali mirch (black papaer), adrak aur mint dal kar ubaale. Isme thodi si chai ki patti dalkar 30 second tak ubale aur aanch se utaar le. Isme chini na dalen, agar aap chahe to chutki bhar sendha namak (rock salt) dal sakti hai.

3: Snacks me aap namkeen makhane bhi taiyaar kar sakti hai. Jara se ghee me makhane dal kar bhun le. Kaali mirch aur namak milaye.

4: Paratho ki jagah bharwa roti banaye. Chahe, to taste ke liye ghee ki jagah makkhan ka istmaal kar sakti hai. Gobhi paratha banaye, lekin senkte samay ghee ki jagah makkhan ka istmaal kar sakti hai.

5: Bread roll ki baat ho, to sprout se extra paushtikta (nutrition) usme shaamil kar sakti hai.

6: Kasuri methi (fenugreek), aata, namak aur sabut jeera mila moyan ke saath guth le. chhoti matthi bana le. Garam oil me bake kare ya phir tal le.

7: Murmure me sprout mung aur chane, pyaaj, hari mirch aur hara dhaniya milaye. Chaat masala milaye.

8: Aap pure aalu tikki ki jagah aalu ke saath-saath matar, gobhi, gajar aur beans dalkar tikki banaye. Aap ise mithi sonth ki jagah hari chatni khaye.

9: Agar aap ka samosa khane ka dil kar raha hai, to samose wale ki dukaan se kachcha samosa laye. Use air fryer me sanke ya bake kar le aur ghar ki bani hari chatni ke saath khaye. Is tarah oily snacks ki jagah baked ya steam taiyaar kar sakti hai.

10: Cream milk ke saath milkshake taiyaar karne ki jagah dahi ka istmaal kare. Dahi me man-pasand seasonal fruit aur ilaechi dalkar shake banaye.

11: Tarah-tarah ke beej jaise watermelon, kharbuja, alsi (flax), sunflower ke beej in sabhi ko thoda sa ghee me bhun le. Sendha namak aur kaali mirch milaye.

12: Tomato sauce ki jagah ghar me bina sugar wale instant tomato sauce banaye. Iska snacks ke saath achcha combination hoga. Oil me rai (mustard) chatkaye aur phir lahsun dalkar bhune. Isme haldi, namak milaye aur tamater galne tak pakaye. Thanda karke puree bana le.

13: Jin logo ko khana khane ke baad mitha khane ki talab hoti hai, we kudh ko rok nahi paate hai, to dahi me anaar (pomegranate) dalkar raite ke taur par khaye. Aap chahe to anjeer (figs), khajoor, kishmish bhi dal sakti hai.

14: Tamater aur pyaaj ko bareek kat le. Isme koi bhi favorite herb, apple, kishmish dalkar kadahi me ise galne tak pakaye. Isme kaali mirch, 1 chhota chammach vinegar aur namak milaye. Yah fruite chatni hai, spread ki tarah kaam me laye.

15: Mayonnaise ki jagah Kapde se chhana gadha dahi istmaal kar sakti hai. Kabuli chana ko ubaal kar pess le. Namak, kaali mirch, bhuna jeera wa olive oil milaye. Dip ki tarah istmaal kare.

16: 1 chhota apple, 1 chhota nashpati (pears), 1/4 pyaaj, 1/4 cup paani, 1/4 cup vinegar aur 1 bada chammach kala til mila kar galne tak pakaye aur thanda karke pess le. Ise bhi chatni ya bread spread ki tarah istmaal kar sakti hai.

17: Pakode ya cheele ke saath khaas chatni banaye. Iske liye 50 gram. lahsun, 50 gram anaardana, 50 gram pudina, kaali mirch aur namak le. Ise grinder me pess le.

1: Bazaar me milne wale jam me jyada chini aur flavor mile hue hote hai, jabki ghar me taiyaar jam pure fruit base hote hai. Unme kam chini ka istmaal kiya jata hai. Ise aap pratha aur bread spread ke taur par istmaal kar sakti hai.

2: Bazaar ke cookies aur biscuit ki jagah ghar me bane kuch tasty option bhi apna sakti hai jaise bajre wa gud ki matthi aur atte wa methi ki matthi. Bajre ki matthi ke liye gud ko pighla kar isse bajre ke atte ko gunth le. Isme thoda sa til bhi milaye. Yah dekhne me attractive aur khane me kam mitha hota hai.

3: Steam sweet paneer bhi mithai ka ek achcha option hai. Iske liye ghar ke bane 250 gram. chhene me 1 bada chammach suji aur manpasand essence ya kuch bund gulabjal milaye aur khoob mash kare. Kisi bartan me ise set kare. Cooker me 1 glass paani dalen. Koi bowl ya chhota stand rakhe aur isme chhene wale bartan rakhe aur bhaap me 20 minute tak pakayen. Ise nikale, thanda kare aur kaat kar khaye aur khilayen.

4: Gajar ka halwa banane ke liye gajar aur toned milk dalkar puri tarah sukhne tak pakaye. Kam chini dalen aur 2 ilaechi koot kar dalen. Chini ki matra kam hone aur full cream dudh na hone ki wajah se fat free halwa bane ga.

5: Kuch bhaap me paki halki sweets bhi try kar sakti hai jaise suji nariyal balls. Iske liye pahle bina chini dale suji ko halwe ki tarah paka le aur pede banaye. Taja kasa coconut, thoda sa gud aur kuti ilaechi mila kar pakaye. Taiyaar suji ke pede me coconut ka mishran bhare. Cooker me paani garam kare. Kisi bartan me taiyaar suji balls rakhe aur 15 minute tak bhaap me pakaye. Ise garmagaram khaye.

1: Kofte khane ka man bhi karta hai, par kofte talne ko le kar man baith jata hai, aise me aap kofte ke mishran ko kisi gol chapte bartan me failaye aur steam me paka kar kat le. Pyaaj, tamatar, lahsun-adrak ka paste bhune. Paani dal kar gravy gadha hone tak pakaye.

2: Agar aap chawal nahi khana chahati hai, to chapatiyon me taste dhundhe aur alag-alag tarah ki chapatiyan taiyaar kare. Methi ka paste ya bathuye ka paste dal kar atta ghunth le.

3: Snacks ke liye diet namkeen khud banaye. Corn flecks aur chivda bhune. Bhuni mungfali, thodi si laal mirch aur namak milaye. Oopar se carry patta aur jeere ka jhaunk lagaye.

4: Saag har mausam me milta hai. Garmi me chaurai, kulfa, poi, palak milta hai. Sardiyon me palak, methi, sarson aur bathua milta hai. Saag se shareer ko paushtikta milti hai. Daal aur roti ko adhik paushtik banane ke liye saag ko daal ya atte ke saath mila kar banaye.

5: Kisi bhi sukhi sabji me aalu kam dale jaise gobhi aalu me gobhi jyada aur aalu kam, methi aalu me aalu kam aur methi jyada, matar aalu me aalu kam aur matar, tamatar jyada dalen.

6: Maide wale noodels ki jagah atta noodles banaye. Isme dheer sari sabjiyan dalkar pakayen. Agar aap pasta khane ki shaukeen hai, to apne shauk ko barkaraar rakhiye, par wheat se taiyaar pasta khayen.

7: Aap chahe to burger ka bhi option apna sakti hai. Maide ke barger ki jagah wholewheat burger aur aalu tikki ki jagah soyabean wa corn tikki ka istmaal kare.

8: Khane me oil control karne ke liye aap controller khud banaye. Jo bhi oil ki bottle khareed rahi hai, uski plastic ki puri seal na khol kar knife se sirf 1-2 kat lagaye. Isme se bahut patli dhaar nikle gi ya bund-bund oil he nikle ga.

To aap bhi apna tasty diet food banaye, apne aur apne pure family ke health ka khayal rakhe. Agar aap  isse judi koi bhi baat janna chahti hai ti aap hame comment kar sakti hai.
