Dhaniya ki panjiri ka taste bahut achha aur yah bahut nutritious hota hai. Dhania panjiri prasad recipe khastaur par Janmashtami ke din banai jati hai. Aap panjiri ki iss recipe ko Janmashtami ke din phalahaar ke roop mein (varat) fast khoolne ke liye khaa sakti hai. Aap iss recipe ko jab chahe apne ghar par asani se bana sakti hai aur iss dish ka aanand bhi utha sakti hai. Kaise banaye dhania panjiri prasad recipe.

Ingredients :

  • Dhaniya powder (Coriander powder) – 1 cup
  • Sugar powder – 1 cup
  • Nariyal (kata aur paka hua) coconut (sliced and cooked) – 1/2 cup
  • Desi ghee – 1/4 cup
  • Popped Makhana (lotus seeds) – 1 cup
  • Kaju (cashew nuts)- 8-10
  • Chhoti elaichi (green cardamom) – 4
  • Badam (almonds) – 8-10
  • Chironji – 2 chammach

Method :

1: Dhaniya ki panjari banane ke liye, ham sabse pahle sabhi dry fruit ko kat kar ke taiyaar kar lenge.

2: Sabse pahle ek makhana ke 3-4 pieces karen ge.

3: Ham isi tarah se sare dry fruit ko kat karke taiyaar karle ge jaise makhana, badam, kaaju. Elaichi ka powder bana lenge.

4: Ab ham panjari banane ke liye sabse pahle makhana bhun kar taiyaar karenge.

5: Pan garam kare. Pan mein aadha ghee dale.

6: Ghee mein kate hue makhana dale aur achhi tarah se crisp hone tak pakayen ge.

7: Ise lagatar chalate hue ham makhana ko bhune ge. Gas ko medium flame par rakhen ge.

8: Jab makhane halke brown color aur crispy ho jaye to samjhe ki yah taiyaar hai. Ab inhe kisi alag bowl mein nikaal le.

9: Ab ham bareek kate nariyal ko medium gas par 1 se 1.5 minute tak bhune ge. Jab iska color halka sa change ho jaye ga to ise bhi nikal le ge.

10: Ab usi pan mein badam aur kaaju ko bhi dal denge aur ise bhi medium gas par 1 minute tak bhune ge.

11: Ab pan mein bacha hua ghee dalen ge aur usi mein daniya powder bhi dal de. Coriander powder ko lagatar chalate hue bhune ge. Coriander powder mein se achhi khooshbu aane tak aur uska color halka change hone tak bhun len ge. Jab ise bhune to gas ko medium par rakhe. Dhaniya powder bhunne mein kam se kam 3-4 minute ka waqt lage ga.

12: Ab ek bada bowl lenge usme dhaniya powder dalenge.

13: Ab dhaniya powder mein chini powder ko dalenge. Chini powder ko dalne se pahle achhi tarah se chhaan lege.

14: Ab isme coconut powder, badam, kaaju, chironji aur elaichi powder ko dal kar achhi tarah se mix karenge .

15: Makhane ka bareek powder banakar aap ise panjiri mein dal de ya aap chahe to makhane ko sabut bhi dal sakti hai. In sab ko achhi tarah se mix kare.

16: Ab hamari coriander panjiri taiyaar hai.
