Deep breathing lene ka positive asar brain ke sath-sath hamare pure health par bhi padta hai. Breathing exercise karne se pure body me oxygen ki supply achhi tarah se hoti hai. Ise karne se sabhi nervous shaant ho jate hai. Blood pressure me kami aati hai aur shareer ki muscles relax hoti hai.

Jab aap office me kam karte  waqt thaka hua feel karte hai, to aap ek deep breathing le. Jisse aapki body relax ho jaye gi. Ek lambi aur gahri sans lene se aapka body aur mind khush ho jaye ga aur phir se aap usi energy se bhar jayege.

Deep breathing yoga karne se allergies, excitement, asthma, cancer, thakan (fatigue), high blood pressure aur insomnia aadi se aram milta hai. Iske liye daily subah park me ja kar fresh air me deep breathing bhare. 15-20 minute tak aisa karne se aapki zindagi me improvement aayega aur aapko koi bimari nahi hogi.

1: Yoga, pranayaam aur dhayan (focus) karne se breath ki speed ko control karne se hamari genetic structure me badlav aate hai. Isse body ke sath-sath mind ke level par bhi changes hote hai. Shareer me maujood achhe jeans adhik sensitive bante hai.

2: Agar aapka mind bahut jyada stress ya tension me rahta hai, to kuch der ke liye khuli hawa me deep breathing le aur mind se tension aur stress ko door hote hue aap khudh dekhenge.

3: Deep breathing karne se body me oxygen ki supply tez ho jati hai, jisse blood me hemoglobin badhne lagta hai. Isse body me khoon aur tezi se banne lagta hai.

4: Jo student exam se pahle daily deep breathing meditation karta hai, unme aisa na karne wale student ki apeksha (expect) anxiety, khud par disblief, attention me kami bahut kam dekhi jati hai. Deep breathing lene se sirf anxiety kam hoti hai, Balki stress ke symptoms aur negative emotions me bhi kami aati hai.

5: Deep breathing lena heart aur lung ke liye bhi bahut achha mana jata hai. Isse inhe majbuti milti hai. Heart apna kaam achhe se kar pata hai. Jiski wajah se anxiety aur tension se related disorder bhi door hote hai. Maind aur brain par iska positive asar hota hai. Daily 2 se 3 minute deep breathing lene se dhayan aur concentration me vrddhi hoti hai.

6: Agar aap tension mahsoos karti hai aur yoga ya dhayan ke fayde ke bare me janti hai lekin phir bhi anti-depressant medicine leti hai, to aap aisa na kare. Deep breathing lekar aur chhod kar dekhe kuch he dino me depression se door ho jayengi. Isse aap ke shareer aur dimaag dono ko he relax feel hoga. Agar aap chahti hai ki aap tanav se door rahe , to daily kisi aisi jagah par baithe jahan ka mahool bahut shaant ho aur aap breathing yoga aram se kar sake.

7: Agar aapko high blood pressure ki problem hai, to phir kuch minute ke liye dhire-dhire gahri sans le. Isse high blood pressure ki problem door hogi. Slow aur deep breath lene se blood vessels relaxes hone ke sath phailta bhi hai.

8: Jab aap meditation ke waqt sans leti hai, to us waqt aapke mastishk (brain)  ke size ki vridhi hoti hai. Dimaag active rahta hai. Meditation karte waqt sans lene ki process par concentrate karne se mastishk ka casing ya cortical ko majbuti milti hai.

9: Har kisi ki heart rate ek jaise nahi hoti. Heart rate me jyada variability aur instability kai baar heart attack ki wajah ban jaati hai. Agar aap deep breathing exercise karti hai, to isse heart rate ki asthirta (instability) me sudhar hota hai. Isse aapka dil jyada strong aur healthy rahta hai. Deep breathing lene aur chhodne se aapki respiratory system par positive impact hota hai. Isse lung muscles bhi strong hota hai.

10: Focus karte waqt deep breathing karna bahut important hai. Deep breathing ke liye sidhe baith jaye aur ek haanth apne chest par rakhe aur dusra stomach par. Iske baad deep breathing le aur phir dhire-dhire chhode. Agar breathing sahi tarike se ki jaye to isse kai fayde milenge.

11: Stamina badhaye, lambi sans lene se hamara shareer achhi tarah se sabhi nutritious ingredients ko hamare shareer me bheej kar energy deta hai, Hamara stamina badhega aur ham har kaam me aage rahenge.

12: Motapa (obesity) control hota hai, lambi sans lene se shareer me jyada oxygen samati hai jisse metabolism tez banta hai aur motapa dhire dhire kam hone lagta hai.

13: Shareer se gandagi bahar nikalne ke liye deep breathing le jisse hamara shareer toxin free ho jata hai, wahin par agar aap chhoti sans lete hai, to aapke body part ko yahi kaam karne me jyada time lagta hai.
