Chinese potato : 

Chinese dish ko ab Indian log bhi bahut jyadah pasand kar rahe hai. Aksar Chinese dish khane ke liye restaurant jate hai, iski jagah aap ghar par bhi Chinese dish ko bana kar puri family ke saath mil kar kha sakti hai. Isliye ham aaj aap ko batayenge ki Chinese potato kaise banta hai.

Samagri: 

  • Aalu – 2
  • Shakarkand ( sweet potato) – 2
  • Soya sauce – 2-1/2 tbsp
  • Hara pyaaj – 4
  • Chini – 1 tbsp
  • Paani – 1 cup
  • Oil – 2 tbsp

Vidhi:

Aalu aur shakarkand ko chheel kar chhote-chhote tukde me kat kar ise paani me 5-10 minute ke liye bhigo de. Paani se aalu aur shakarkand ko nikaal kar achchi tarah se sukha le. Ab ek bowl me soya sauce, chini aur paani dalkar achchi tarah milaye. Hare pyaaj ke safed hisso ko chhote-chhote tukde me kaat kar ise mishran me milaye. Ek pan me oil garam kare. Jab oil garam ho jaye to isme aalu aur shakarkand dalen aur sunhara hone tak bhune. Ab soya sauce wala mishran isme dalen. Ise achchi tarah se pakayen aur jab yah ubalne lage to gas ko dheema karke 10-15 minute tak pakayen. Jab yah pak jaye to is par bareek pyaaj aur hari dhaniya kate hue dalen.  Ise garmagaram serve kare.
