Chandrakala sweet recipe :

Chandrakala Northern India ki ek famous sweet dish hai. Yah gujiya ki tarah he hota hai. Chandrakala ko specially holi aur diwali me banaya jata hai aur yah sabhi ki favorite sweet dish hoti hai. Aap chandrakala ko market se lene ki jagah  ise apne ghar per khud he banaye. Isliye ham aaj aap ko chandrakala ki recipe batayenge.

Samagri :

  • Khoya – 100 gram.
  • Chini – 4 chammach
  • Badaam powder – 50 gram.
  • Kesar – 1 gram.
  • Elaichi powder – 1 chammach
  • Maida – 250 gram.
  • Ghee – 50 gram.
  • Paani – avashyaktanusaar (as require)
  • Refine oil – talne ke liye

Vidhi :

Khoya, badaam, kesar, chini aur elaichi powder ko ek bowl me dalkar achchi tarah se milaye. Iss mishran ko 10 brabar hisso me baant le. Ab maide me ghee milakar achchi tarah se milaye. Ab maide me paani dalkar achchi tarah se gunth le aur gile suti kapde se 15 minute ke cover kar de. Maide ko 20 brabar hisso me baante aur use puri ke shape me bele. Ek puri ke upar khoya wala mishran dalen. Uske upar dusri puri rakhe aur puri ke kinare wale hisson ko seel kar de. Ab bachi hui samagri ke saath bhi aisa kare. Kadhahi me oil garam kare aur chandrakala ko golden hone tak dhimi aanch par tal le.
