Bread roll India mein banne wala sabse aasan aur jaldi banne wala snack hai. Aap ise asani se apne ghar par bana sakti hai. Bread potato roll (ब्रेड रोल्स रेसिपी) bade ho ya chhote sabhi ko bahut pasand aata hai. Agar aap kahin ghumne ja rahi hai, to ise apne saath zaroor le kar jaye. Ingredients :

  • White bread – 6
  • Aalu (uble hue) – 6
  • Fresh ya frozen peas – 25 gm.
  • Kaaju (cashew) – 10-12
  • Hari mirch (kata hua) – 3-4
  • Adrak (ginger) – 2 inch (grated)
  • Lahsun – 10-12 (grated)
  • Cooking oil – Zaroorat ke hissab se
  • Haldi powder – 1/3 chammach
  • Laal mirch powder – 1/3 chhota chammach
  • Jeera powder (bhuna aur pisa hua) – 1 chhote chammach
  • Garam masala powder – 1/2 chhota chammach
  • Namak – to taste
  • Hara dhaniya (bareek kata hua) – 1 chhota cup

Method :

1: Sab se pahle aalu ko mash kar lenge.

2: Ab ek pan mein oil dalen ge aur use achhi tarah se garam karenge.

3: Ab isme adrak, lahsun aur hari mirch dal denge. Inhe dhimi aanch par ek minute tak fry karen ge.

4: Isme hare matter mila den ge aur ise bhi dhimi aanch par ek minute ke liye bhune ge.

5: Ab isme haldi powder aur laal mirch powder dal kar achhi tarah se mila de. Ise kuch second ke liye paka de.

6: Isme kaaju dale aur ise 30 second tak pakne de.

7: Ab isme mash kiye hue aalu dal denge. Aalu ko masalo mein achhi tarah se mila de.

8: Ab isme garam masala powder, bhuna hua jire ka powder aur namak dalen ge. Gas ko dhimi aanch par kar denge aur aalu ko masalo mein achhi tarah se mix karden ge. Ab ise 2-3 minute tak dhimi aanch par pakne denge.

9: Jab aalu aur masala achhi tarah se taiyaar ho jaye ga, to gas ko off kar denge.

10: Isme bareek kata hua hari dhaniya dal denge. Ise thanda hone ke liye chhod denge .

11: Sabse pahle bread ke kinare wale hisso ko kaat lenge.

12: Ek plate mein paani le aur usme bread ke slice ko dip karen ge aur phir bread ko apni hatheliyon se squeeze karen ge. Taaki iska sara paani nikal jaye.

13: Ab bread ke beech 1-1/2 chhote chammach Aalu ka masala rakhen ge aur phir ise roll kar de. Agar kahin se iska muhn khula hai, to use achhi tarah se band kar de

14: Ab pan mein oil garam kare.

15: Jab oil garam ho jaye to ise dhima kar de aur isme bread roll ko dalen. Ise medium flame par talen. Ise golden brown hone tak fry karna hai.

16: Phir ise kitchen towel paper par nikal denge. Taki iska sara oil sokh jaye. 

17: Ise aap apni favorite sauce ke saath kha sakti hai.

Note-

1: Bread roll banane ke liye hamesha sandwich wale he bread ka istmaal kare. Brown bread ka nahi.

2: Aap kaaju ki jagah peanut ka bhi istmaal kar sakti hai.
