Balo Ko Ghana Karne Ke Gharelu Nuskhe :

Baalo ki khoobsurti aap ke khaan-paan, environment, se lekar aapke genes tak kai chizo par depend karta hai. 1: Baalo ko de protective cover :

Agar aap chahti hai ki aap ke baal  ghane rahe, to apne baalo ko protect kare. Jab aap gher se bahar jaati hai, to aap ke baal suraj ki garmi  aur gandagi (dirt) jaise chizo se aasani se baal kharaab ho jate hai. Agar aap bhi chahti hai ki aap ke baal khoobsurat aur ghane ho to aap apne baalo ko ignore karna band kare. Agar aap kaafi deer ke liye dhoop me waqt bitane wali hai to hat ya scarf pahan kar bahar nikle. Agar aap swimming karne ja rahi hai to hair cap pahanna na bhule.

2: Heat styling se bache : 

Agar aap chahti hai ki aap ke baal natural roop se ghane bane rahe, to iske liye aap ko heat styling ka istmaal kam karna hoga, kyonki aap jitni baar hair straightener, blow dryer ya phir curling iron ka istmaal karti hai, to usse aap ke baalo ko utni he baar harm pahunchta hai. Agar aap inka istmaal kam nahi kar sakti hai to kam se kam temperature par istmaal kare. Saath he heat protection products ka bhi baalo par istmaal kare.

3: Nutrition food le:

Aap ke baal tabhi ghane aur healthy dikhenge, jab unhe under se poshan milega. Kyonki aap ki body aur skin ki tarah aap ke baalo ko bhi poshan ki zaroorat hoti hai. Ghane aur healthy baalo ke liye apne diet me protein se bharpur khady padartho, jaise fish, sea-food, anda, dudh aur dudh se bane other product aadi ko shaamil kare. Iske alawah aap iron yuqt khaady padarth jaise hare pattedaar sabjiyon ko bhi apne diet me regularly shaamil kare. Zaroori vitamins ke liye daily apne diet me fruit ki bhi shaamil kare. 4:Routine me laye badlav : 

Baalo me shampoo karne ke routine me badlav lakar aap bhi apne baalo ko ghana bana sakti hai. Iske liye hafte me do baar shampoo kare. Starting me aap ke baal thode oily lag sakte hai, per dhire-dhire baal iss nae routine me adjust kar jayege.

Iski jagah hafte me ek baar baalo ko saaf karne ke liye ande (egg) ka bhi istmaal kar sakti hai. Iske liye do ando ko achchi tarah se phentkar istmaal me liye. Anda na sirf aap ke baalo ko poshan dega, Balki  bharpoor protein ki wajah se aap ke baal ghane bhi dikhenge.

5 : Gile baalo me comb karne se :

Agar ghane baalo ki tamanna hai to khaastaur par apne gile baalo se pyaar se pesh aana hoga. Agar aap apne gile baalo me tezi se kanghi karegi to iss baat ko jaan lijiye ki aap ke baal kafi matra me tutenge aur patle ho jayege. Gile baalo me hamesha chaudi kanghi (broad comb) ka istmaal kare.

6: Stress se door rahe :

Baalo ke girne aur unke patle hone ka ek bada reason stress bhi hai. Aap jitna stress me rahegi aap ke baalo ki problem utni he badhegi, isliye stress se door rahe. Actually stress se shareer ke ander hormone ka balance bigadne lagta hai to iska asar hamare baalo par najar aane lagta hai. Apni health ke saath-saath apne baalo ki health ke liye stress se door rahne ki koshish kare aur happy rahe.

7: Baalo ko sukhaye ooper se niche :

Agar aap chahti hai ki aap ke patle baalo ko turant ghana banana chati hai to iske liye shampoo karne ke baad baalo ko oopar se niche ki or sukhaye. Iske liye apne sir ko jameen ki or jhukaye aur hair dryer ki madad se sabse kam temperature par baalo ko sukhaye. Isse baal sir me chipkege nahi aur ghane najar aayenge.

Baalo ko ghana karne ka homemade remedies :

1: Ande ka hair pack :

  • Enda – 1
  • Coconut oil – 2 chammach

Baalo ke ilaj ke liye protein ki sabse jyada zaroorat hoti hai, isliye ande ke istmaal se protein ki kami ko pura kiya ja sakta hai. Ande ka hair pack banane ke liye, aap apne baalo ki lambai ke hissab se 1 ya 2 anda le ab isme coconut oil mix kare. Ab iss pack ko apne pure baalo me lagaye aur 30 minute tak laga kar rakhe. Uske baad baalo ko mild shampoo se baalo ko dho le. Iska istmaal hafte me do baar kare.

2: Avocado ka hair pack :

  • Avocado – 1/2
  • Banana – 1
  • Olive oil – 1 chammach

Avocado me vitamin-E paya jata hai jo baalo ko soft aur healthy banata hai. Avocado ke istmaal se baal moisturize hote hai jo baalo ko ghana banata hai. Iss hair pack ko banane ke liye avocado aur banana ko mixer me bareek pess le. Ab isme olive oil ko dalkar achchi tarah se mix kare. Ab iss pack ko apne baalo me lagaye aur 15-20 minute tak laga kar rakhe. Kuch deer baad baal ko mild shampoo se dho le.

3: Methi ke beej ka hair pack :

  • Methi ka beej – 2 chammach
  • Coconute oil – 2 chammach

Methi ke beej ka istmaal karne se hair fall ki problem door hoti hai. Is hair pack ko banane ke liye methi ko raat bhir ke liye paani me dalkar rakh de. Subah methi ko pess kar uska bareek paste taiyaar kare. Ab isme coconut oil dalkar achchi tarah se mix kare. Ab iss pack ko apne baalo me lagaye aur 30 minute tak laga kar rakhe. Uske baad hair ko mild shampoo se dho le.
