Apne Aankhon Ki Dekhbhal Kaise Kare Aur Aankho Ke Liye Yoga

Aankhe hamare shareer ka sabse important part hai. Jiski hame care karna bahut jyada zaroori hai. Kyunki agar ham apne aankho ki care nahi karenge to hamare aankho ki raushni par bura asar pad sakta hai. Agar ham apne aankho ki dekhbhaal nahi karenge to hamari aankho ko kai sari problems ka samna karna pad sakta hai. Aankho me jyada dust chale jane se ya laptop aur mobile ke jyada istmaal se hamari aankhe kamjoor hone lagti hai. Aise waqt me aankho ki care karna aur bhi jyada zaroori ho jata hai.

Aankho ki dekhbhaal kaise kare :

1: Aankho ki care ke liye daily kam se kam 7-8 hours ki neend lena bahut zaroori hai.

2: Apne diet me hamesha A,B, aur C jyada se jyada lena chahiye. Vitamin A ki kami se rataundhi (night blind) namak roog ho sakta hai.

3: Agar aapko apni aankho ki doori ki najar tez karni hai to khule me baith jaye kisi ek bindu par najar tikaye aur tab tak dekhte rahe jab tak aap dekh sake. Agar aap bindi lagati hai to apni bindi ki taraf dekhe.

4: Agar aapki aankho me jalan ho rahi ho ya phir aankhe suji hue ho to chai ki patti ubaal kar thanda kar le. Phir chai ko ek kapde me bandh kar aankho par rakhe.

5: Aankho ko thandak pahunchane ke liye khire ke tukde ko ya phir kachche aalu ke tukde ko aankhe band kar ke rakh sakti hai.

6: Aankho ki problem ko door karne ke liye rooz subah khaali pet palak ke patte khaye. Palak khane se aankho ki raushni to badhti he hai saath me isse khoon bhi badhta hai.

7: Rooz subah khaali pet desi ghee aur usme pisi hue mishri aur pisi hui kaali mirch milakar khaye. Yah bhi aap ki aankho ke liye bahut he faydemand hai.

8: 2 badaam raat ko bhigo de aur subah uthne ke baad bhi thande paani se munh dhona chahiye.

9: Daily raat kosone se pahle aankho ko saaf thande paani se dhoye.

10: Saal me do baar apne aankho ki jaanch zaroor karwaye.

11: Computer ka brightness level set kare ya anti glare cover aur computer glass fit karaye.

12: Jab bhi screen ke samne 1 ghante se jyada baithe, to palke dhire dhire jhapkaye.

13: Hafte me kam se kam 3 baar, badaam- dudh piye. Isme vitamin E hota hai jo aankho ke liye faydemand hai.

14: Jab bhi computer ke pass baithi to har 20 minute ke baad 20 second ke liye screen se najre hata le aur 20 foot duri ki kisi cheej par apni najre tika kar rakhe.

15: Subah ke samay me aap apne dono haantho ko apas me ragad kar uski garmi ko apni aankho par lagaye. Iss upay se aankh ki kamjoori door hoti hai.

16: Apple ka murabba khaye aur uske baad dudh ka sevan kare, aisa karne se aankho ki raushni tez hoti hai.

17: Pairo ke talvo par sarson ka oil se maalish kare, subah ke samay nanghe pair hari ghaans par chale.

18: Kabhi bhi chalti hui bus ya van me kitabe na padhe. Kyunki isse aankhe kharab ho jati hai.

19: Aankho me dard ho raha to pahle unhe halke gungune paani se dho le, phir thande paani se dhoye. Isse aankho ka rakt sanchaar (blood circulation) badhega aur aankho ko aram mile ga.

20: Badaam, saunf aur misri ko brabar matra me mila kar pess le aur phir ise powder ko 1 chammach raat me sote samay dudh ke saath lene par aankho ki raushni badhti hai.

Aankho ka liye exercise :

Apne Aankhon Ki Dekhbhal Kaise Kare Aur Aankho Ke Liye Yoga

1: Mat par baith jaye . Gardan ko sidha rakhe. Aankho se oopar ki oor ektak dekhe. Aisa 5 baar kare.

2: Aankho se ek kinare ki orr dekhe, phir dusre kinare ki orr dekhe. Aisa 5-5 baar kare.

3: Ab aankho se oopar right kinare ki orr dekhe aur niche left kinare ki orr dekhe. Aisa 5 baar kare.

4: Ab aankho se oopar left kinare ki orr dekhe aur niche right kinare ki orr dekhe. Aisa 5 baar kare.

5: Diwaar par ek point banaye ya bindi chipkaye. Use ektak 5-7 minute tak lagatar dekhte rahe. Aankho me halki jalan ke saath paani nikalta rahe ga. Aankho ko band kare.

6: Dono haantho ko apas me male aur haantho me paida hui halki garmahat aankho par kuch deer rakhe. Ab dhire-dhire aankhe khole. Aankhe fresh mahsus hongi.

7: Aankho par gulab jal se bhiga cotton ya khire ke slice rakhe. Kabhi bhi aankho ko khol kar paani se chhinte na mare.
